雖然房間和建築都有點年份了，但是非常乾淨。工作人員服務態度非常好，很有熱情。
早上退房，晚上來拿行李，就把我忘在房間的襪子整理出來帶給我了，挺感動的。
下次來淡路島還想住這裏。

因為太遲訂酒店，南淡嘅酒店餘下不多。故且一試此間，事前知是三星已有心理準備，被安排和室，地板有啲硬，但出奇所有設施都乾淨。對面是超市好方便。

長期の仕事でしたが途中でコロナのため中止になる可能性もあり、チェックイン時に3~4日毎に払うよう提案してもらいそうしましたが、次の黒髪の女性に「前払いなのだから全額さっさと払え」と。チェックイン時の話を伝えても「私には関係ないから払え」。払わないなんて一言も言っていないし、そこは申し送りができてなくてすみませんでは・・・と思いながら払うと、「最後まで泊まるつもりか」と。仕事が中止にならなければと答えると、それは私が決めることではない、と。当然だ！何故聞いたのでしょうか。明確な悪意で相手を不愉快にする人は接客業に就いてはいけません。職業の自由にも例外はあります。他のスタッフも相手の事を考える姿勢はゼロです。朝食は混んでいても空いていても待たされ、特にチェックアウトの日はものすごく焦りました。値段に見合うとも思えず、付けなければ良かったです。
部屋が古くて煙草臭いのは分かっていましたが、前の人の食べ残しや髪の毛が床に落ちている、窓枠はカビだらけ。淡路島自体にももう2度と行かないと決意しました。
