The owner is an 84-year-old lady who provided us with incredible service. Even though she has some trouble walking, her passion for hosting is truly touching. The room was extremely large for two people—very comfortable. Unlike some other hotels, all amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels were provided. What surprised us most was her generosity; she kindly offered us a free dinner even though we hadn't ordered a meal plan. Despite the language barrier, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She insisted on cleaning the room and changing the sheets (bed covers) every single day. We tried to tell her she didn't need to go to such trouble for us, but she insisted. It really felt like staying in a warm Japanese home. Highly recommended if you want genuine hospitality!"

"The room has a beautiful environment and the location is convenient. Shumoto Onsen is the first choice. However, the transportation fee on Awaji Island is very expensive. A self-driving trip is almost a thousand Hong Kong dollars in transportation bridge fees. You can consider other places, but it is based on the hotel. It is really worth it very good"

"Nice hotel nice location spoiled by **** lady staff. Maybe she really hate Asian. Everything is No! I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay."

"Our stay started pleasantly with a polite welcome at the entrance! It was fun to be able to choose our favorite kimono design! In-room dining was not available as advance notice was required, but the dinner venue was very clean and modern. There were some older game consoles installed, and we were able to play on them, something we hadn't seen in a while. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with an ocean view, and the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. Best of all, we could hear the sound of the ocean all the time, which was very relaxing. The most impressive thing about this inn was the food. The sashimi was delicious, and the selection was plentiful, so we were very satisfied! The morning buffet offered both Japanese and Western dishes, and the desserts were delicious! The beach was right next to the inn, so we enjoyed ourselves even when we were tired! The staff were also very polite, and it was an inn that we truly wanted to stay at again!"
