It was very good. The food was also delicious.

I used it for my parents' birthday celebration. The hotel was very nice and we had a great celebration.

フロントの方が部屋を案内して荷物を運んでくれました めっちゃサービスいいなと思いました。 夕食は個室に案内されて、一つ一つ丁寧に料理を運んできては説明してくれました。最近バイキング慣れしてたせいかとても落ちついて食事が出来ました(担当してくれたお兄さん本当にありがとう) お風呂も隣のホテルのお風呂も入れて大満足でした 夜は星を眺めながら、朝は正面の海を眺めながらの露天風呂はホントに気持ちよかったです 部屋もキレイだしトイレ、洗面所も使いやすかったです。 しいていうと…朝食の魚がペラッペラで小さいのと納豆があればご飯食べれたかなと笑 夕飯はあんなに料理出てきたのに対して朝食は少ないなと感じました でもでもこちらの淡路夢泉景にしてよかったです とてもいい旅行が出来ました ＼(^o^)／

大きな温泉に美味しい食事、サービスも良く非常に満足のいく滞在になりました。特に温泉は湯賓閣 天宮の雫と棚田の湯が非常に気に入っています。 海を眺めながら入る開放感のあるお風呂は、温度もちょうど良く活力の戻るような心地でした。スタッフの方も必ず挨拶をしながらお仕事をされていて、感じが良かったです。2日間滞在しましたが、また複数日滞在したいと思っています。 シーズンオフの平日に滞在したため、お部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。眺めも良く専用の書斎エリアも自由に利用でき快適に過ごすことができました。 ドリンクバーやシガーバーと言った時間をゆっくり過ごすための施設も非常に高レベルでまとまっており大変居心地が良い。 特に基本は24時まで営業してくれているため食後のお風呂上がりでも楽しむことができる。 釣りができる生簀が海に用意されていて、釣った魚はその日の夕方にお料理してもらうことができるらしい。次回は是非やってみたい。 系列グループのホテルが隣接しているため、回廊でつながっておりどのホテルのお風呂も利用ができる。飽きのこない良い作りだと感じた。 ロビーの内装も鯉や金魚、メダカなど生き物の気配のある雰囲気があり、適切に管理されていることを感じることができてより上質な宿であると感じた。

The rooms are spacious and the service is perfect. Evening meals at the restaurant are great for both adults and children. My son has a dairy and nut allergy. Even though it was a meal for children, it was a satisfying dish with the same quality as adults. The children's leftover sea bream rice was made into a lot of rice balls and brought to the room. The hot springs are so moist that my son, who has an atopic constitution, does not itch without applying moisturizer. I couldn't get a reservation easily, so I didn't forget to make a reservation for next year and went home. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to the inn that I had been interested in for a long time because of the commercials and word of mouth. When I arrived by car, the bell asked my name, but I was told that there was no reservation... I got out of the car in a hurry and checked the bell's form, and there was a name at the bottom. For a moment, I was quite impatient as to whether I made a mistake in the reservation date. When I entered the room, there were grains of rice on the soles of my husband's and children's feet. I've stayed in many places before, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this, and my tension has dropped. . . There are 3 hot springs, an infinity bath, an open-air bath near the sea, a red bath, a jet bath, etc. It was my first time to see such a wide variety of hot springs. You can use towels as much as you want, and there is a tea service at the bathing area. I could see the ocean from my room, and the corridor leading to New Awaji was also reminiscent of Hawaii. The employees are young and everyone greets you. There was also a big Christmas tree, and I was able to taste Christmas ahead of time. Facilities and hot springs are 5. The meal was normal because it was a standard plan. Rating 3 because it was disappointing when it arrived. The price is also high, so I want you to have a thorough service from the beginning.

It's a long-established hotel, so the keys are old-fashioned, so it feels retro, but the ocean view from your room window would be great on a sunny day. Amenities in the room are ordinary Pola product brushes, toothbrushes, etc... pajamas, yukata and socks, coffee Nescafe with lots of alcohol, black tea, Japanese tea, steamed buns, fragrant incense sticks, air purifier, paper towels. There are no masks for the number of people sterilized. Mothers on this floor can use two lounges, but only for coffee and tea. There are massage chairs, newspapers, magazines, etc. It's a lounge type different from that of a five-star hotel, so it feels like a place to take a break. There are images of cold tea in each large public bath, so I wonder if there is a lounge? There are two baths, but one bath changes from morning to night, so you can enjoy visiting three baths. Amamiya no Shizuku is a maisonette-type open-air bath with a view of the sea, sky, and hot springs, but the negative point is that you can see the anglers facing you on the other side of the infinity bath. The next day, it was raining, so no one was there, so I was able to relax ♪ There was an indoor bath, an infinity outdoor bath, a sauna (no cold bath), and when you went down the stairs, you could see the private hot spring "Komoe Onsen" and "Sumoto". The two types of hot spring "Uruoi no Yu" are very good, but they are probably not suitable for people with walking disabilities, as they may be cold in the winter. It's really fun to visit the "Awaji Tanada-no-Yu" and "Kuniumi-no-Yu" baths located in the bath building "Spa Terrace Suigetsu" of Hotel New Awaji, which are connected by a seaside corridor. I can't stand bath lovers. This hotel is the only one where you can enjoy the Komoe hot spring using mineral spring water, and I think it's great that you can avoid the crowds with the QR code that makes it easy to understand. There is a good variety of amenities, shampoo, conditioner, etc. ♪ The service from the room staff is very good. All of the staff at Hotel Awaji Group are wonderful, but the Nepali staff in particular are really good at Japanese, and every time I stay with them, I feel that they have been given a great education in terms of hospitality. The only thing that was interesting was when my sister and I went to a separate bath, she said to us, ``It's for women.The other side is for men.'' (Sorry, we're women, but we) and then apologized. I ended up getting some weird looks without even being bothered by it. It's something that often happens, but my sister wanted me to apologize. (laughs) The food at the Awaji Group inn in Shikoku was really good, so I had high expectations. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. Others were normal. However, eating in your room while looking at the ocean view is the best. Next time, I would like to go to Tenku, Hanaki, and Yumekaiyu as well.
