服務非常貼心，和式晚餐精緻，份量十足，溫泉區亦非常寬敞，可同時容納20人以上，早餐以自助餐形式，多選擇，手信店賣的香好香。

酒店非常大所以設施非常多而起維護不錯。 這裡服務比較親切儘管大部分服務員都不會英文但也能感受到他們的熱誠。 這裡最大優勢就是無敵海景， 不用出房都能看到日出。

夕食は最悪。 カウンター席の一択で「品数を絞った地元の食材にこだわり」のコースでした。 1.カウンターは高さが微妙で落ち着かず、足は真っ直ぐ延ばせない窮屈さ。 2.料理はほぼ家庭料理。割烹、板前料理を期待したががっかり。切っただけの料理と鍋、厚みのない天ぷらは衣が主体。自慢らしい食材は旬の鯛は見えず、刺身で美味しいとも思えない時期外れのサワラやタチウオ。 3.カウンターの背中側は廊下でざわざわと騒がしく、しかもうすら寒い。 良かったのは、客室係の丁寧な対応。お風呂は、まあこの規模のホテルなら普通。 ロケーションとのんびり温泉だけなら★４つぐらい。

最悪でした。 ３年フグを食べに行きましたが、本当に３年フグなの？ 証明書が有りましたが、フグ自体を見て無いから判らない。 美味しくて、対応も良かったらこのような感想には成らなかったでしょう。 夜中に腹痛で下痢。1晩寝れませんでした。 下痢止めの薬が欲しいと言うと。「正露丸なら有ります」だって。 客が下痢してるのに変に思わない対応 朝、薬局の場所を聞いて自ら買いに行きました。 フロントで会計している時に、隣合わせた女性も腹痛を起こしたらしく フロントの女性が大丈夫でしたかって聞いてましたが、大丈夫な訳が無い。 表情も暗く、私と一緒だと理解しました。 食事を出している旅館で下痢の客がいるのに平気な対応。 面倒なので何も言わずに帰りましたが、2度と行きません。

親の還暦祝いに予約させてもらいました。 海が良く見える部屋で母が大変気に入った様子だったのがとても印象に残っています。 お料理は期待していた通りのクオリティで地元の野菜を使った懐石料理はどれも絶品というほかありませんでした。 仲居さんがとてもよく気の利く方で父の足が悪いことを察して腰掛を持ってきて下ったりとても気持ちの良い接客でした。 今回は1泊のみでしたが次回は連泊での利用をしたいと思います。

淡路島を代表する観光ホテルで関西圏の人ならCMでお馴染みだけど意外と近くて遠い存在。 まず淡路島は日帰りになりがちだったこともあり宿泊する機会がありまけんでした。 また存在は有名でも本館以外の別館や系列がいくつかあり、どれを選択してよいか調べないとよく分かりません。 初めての利用で本館のヴィラに宿泊しました。お部屋のお風呂が素敵で、またオーシャンビューなのも良かったです。お食事も美味しくて快適にすごぜした。

息子と娘夫婦と私の7人で泊まりました。 お部屋は広く、お風呂もとても素敵でした。 隣接する夢泉景のお風呂と合わせて全て浸かれなく心残りです。 夕食は、料理長のスペシャリテでしたが伊勢海老が固い、出汁が冷めてる、コロナの時期にお刺身舟盛り？等々期待が高過ぎた分残念でした。 朝食のビュッフェは、美味しかったですがチェックアウトが10時なのに２部制に分けていてエレベーターも都市のホテルと違ってたったの2基とあって時間のロスが気になりました。あわただしかったです。 チェックアウトの後、送り出してくれるときのみホテルマンが多かったのだと気づきました。 期待度が高い方は、低く抑えて でもお値段からすると期待は高まってしまいますよね。お風呂にだけもう1度訪れたいと思いました。

お部屋係の仲居さんの一生懸命な説明、お土産売り場の店員さんは、私のミスによるクーポンと現金の返品返金対応を快く対応して頂きました。 夕食朝食の給士（ウエイトレス、ウエイター）の方々も、全員、好感が持てました。 アジア系で色白のウエイトレスさんは、孫にもフレンドリーに接して頂き、朝食時にもお声掛けしてくださり、良い気分でした。

ヴィラ楽園＜海の庭＞和楽101号に宿泊しました。 ＞移動 新神戸駅からホテルが特別契約しているMKタクシーで1時間半くらい、定額料金で快適に移動できました。 ＞お部屋 1Fの海に面した広いスイートでした。リビングには仕事ができるようなテーブル、和室には食事専用のテーブルがあり、ゆったりとした造りで快適に滞在できました。 海に面した露天風呂は２人でも余裕で入れるゆったりとした造りで、波の音や海の香を楽しみながら寛げました。1点、寝室に窓がなかったのが気になりました。 ＞食事 やさしい味付けでそれなりに楽しめました。ただ、多くの部屋に部屋食で提供するための制約か、手の込んだ料理がなく、豪華さが感じられませんでした。 せっかく淡路にきたので、追加料金のオプションでもよいので、豪華なお刺身などプレミアムな料理を頂きたかったです。 ＞サービス きめ細やかなサービスで良かったです。大変お世話になりました。 ＞大浴場 個人的には、湯賓閣“天宮の雫”の1F、波打ち際の露天風呂がよかったです。 ＞スカイラウンジ 天上の桟敷 ヴィラ楽園の最上階（11階）にあります。ウッドテラスからの眺望が素晴らしかったです。家内は、マッサージチェアーを楽しんだようです。 ＞その他 桟橋など、海辺の散策も楽しめました。 ＞送迎 グループホテル間の送迎サービスで、ホテルニューアワジ プラザ淡路島へ送って頂けました。大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。
