Where shall we start….. arrival at the hotel was interesting. First hotel I have stayed at since 1999 that still give you wrist bracelets to let everyone know you’re staying at the hotel? I’m guessing this was to also let staff know you’re staying in an “all inclusive” hotel …. Let’s talk about the “all inclusive” part. Food is included but you’re better off giving it to the cats that flood the dinning areas. All food is beige. No colour / no veg / no fruit / no fresh drinks ….. all sugar and syrup. We both got so fed up with eating junk food and being bloated we actually ate out in the restaurants most of the time. So not really worth the “all inclusive” experience. So now on to the rooms - if you’re looking for the buttlins vibe …. You got it! Broken mirrors in the Bath room, moulding bath, shower curtains (not seen one of them for a few years). No air conditioning (which was nice when it’s 32 degrees outside!) and forget about leaving the balcony door open as you will be treated to German techno rave music till the early hours of the morning. Plus we were housed right about the bar area. So no sleep for us for 3 days. The only good part was the pool area. Dark coloured tiles in the pool (so it looked like you were getting into a black abyss) no chlorine so it’s was not clean. So to sum it up ….. if you want a super cheap hotel with mould, no air con, rubbish food, sweaty beds and loud German techno music with Eastern European …….. stay here hahahaa. Definitely not returning. We actually checked out a day early and moved to secrets resort 4km up the road. Ooooh and the locks on the doors are from the 1980s …. Don’t fart to close to them or the will blow open !

The hotel was not at it's best, it had mole and ants in the rooms, food was almost the same everyday, but that is from the bad stuff. I loved the atmosphere, all of the bartenders were very friendly, I saw that they enjoy their work even when the conditions are probably not as good as they wanted. The entertainment was amazing, the girl was always busy with kids while the boy was talking with the adults and playing cards with them. They did an amazing job. Kids disco was also a very good for the price ratio, 30mins sometimes 40 mins but kids really do have fun there. I was sad that there is nothing else after but when you think of the money you have spent for the hotel and the fact that it's a family hotel which makes it almost 100% of the time only kids entertaining. I am not sure if I'll ever come again to sunny beach but if I do I'll come to this hotel just for the atmosphere:)

Terrible hotel. The cleanliness is very poor. Beds not changed and bathroom not cleaned daily. Food is lukewarm and very little choice if you don’t eat pork. Microwave offered to warm food but it’s never cleaned. When you complain all you get is sorry but no action.

Red ants crawling over 3rd floor bathroom floor. Air con didn't work properly. Not at all what you'd expect from an all inclusive. Food was pretty much the same each day - poor quality & no proper veggie options (unless you count pieces of cucumber & tomato). Sometimes served pizza near the pool but quantity (1 rectangle cut into abt 16 pieces for everyone) didn't match number of people & when it was gone, that was it for the day. Only 1 flavour, so not to everyone's taste. Breakfasts were a waste of time unless you want plastic looking eggs or moldy bread. Fridge in the room but not stocked with water or anything & no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not allowed to take a cup of tea out of the restaurant at breakfast time so if you're not eating their breakfast, can't even take your tea to their patio area. After 1st day, ate out so didn't really get any value from all inclusive. After 1st night didn't even bother with drinks at the bar as zero atmosphere - bar staff said they couldn't put any music on. Felt that they wanted to make it as unwelcoming as possible so that nobody would stay & drink there (saving them money). 1 outdoor pool but only allowed in it from 9am to 6pm & nothing else to do in the hotel. No entertainment in the evenings (not even music in the bar area). Though some staff were ok, the majority were rude & unhelpful. Pool furniture was old & uncomfortable - one of their metal umbrella poles snapped when the wind blew & hit a friend on the head. Thankfully, they were ok. Really wouldn't recommend. Not the best location if it rains either.

The rooms are very dirty like nobody was there for months. Bugs in the room and in the bathroom, the staff does not speak any language (except Bulgarian) and we couldn’t communicate, the food is poor and no free parking as they mention. During our stay (10 days), nobody came to replace towels, toilet paper, bath accessories or bed linen.

Overall, it has been a very good experience and we quite enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was spacious enough and it overlooked the kids' pool, which was a great advantage as we could sometimes sit at the balcony and watch our children play in the water. A variety of food was offered and we tried different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for the drinks offered during the day, the hotel might consider offering some freshly squeezed juices as well, at the 2 bars - it would definitely be appreciated by guests! The staff was friendly and we received all the information and assistance we needed during our stay. A very special thank you to the animators! Our children were especially fond of them and thoroughly enjoyed starting and ending the day with them, as well as participating in the activities round the pool. You were great, Tea and Egor! Who will ever forget the Jumbo Mambo dance now? 😃😃😃

The hotel is not like 4 stars. By my standards and the standards of Israel, I can’t give more than 2 stars more minuses than pluses. Let’s start with the pluses, first of all, the animation boy Egor and girl Tea take out everything all day from morning to evening with the children, well done guys, dancing in the evening, face painting, it was pirate day, games, everything the kids were busy...mine just fell in love with them. The children's pool is comfortable and large, so the children are always nearby and you can relax. The bartenders also try to make cocktails and make cocktails for children. The cleaning girls are great, but there are only two of them in the whole hotel and they clean quickly. As for the minuses. the food is the same food only prepared differently for breakfast the same thing, I didn’t eat anything except bread and butter, the coffee is terrible and sometimes it runs out and they only change it the next day. The nuggets can be cooked twice, that is, served at lunch and then fry them again and they turn out burnt. For me, it felt like eating so as not to die of hunger. But the children liked it. There are often not enough glasses, mugs, and forks, and you wait in line so that you can just get a glass. But there are quite a lot of varieties of ice cream. There is no water at all in the kitchens. It wouldn't hurt to just install a cooler. Because you can’t fill your own bottles. Regarding cleaning, in principle, there are no complaints about the girls; they are the two of them for the entire hotel, but they do not vacuum the rooms. About the rooms, the beds are old, the mattresses are old, we have one side of the bed in general, but plus there is a bath. The hotel itself needs repairs. The sofas are torn in the lobby. The chairs and tables are plastic in the kitchen on the veranda. The sun loungers are torn.
