Номер не убирался ни разу за 9 дней ванная комната вместе с туалетом стека от душа практически нету брызги воды летят по всей ванной комнаты так как нету шторы вытереть нечем питание на 3 бала, ночью музыка гремит не уснёшь и в номере много комаров хотя стоит маскитная сетка но она неплотно прилегает , вайфай вообще не тянет в номере мы жили во втором корпусе .

Our flight was delayed, by the time we turned up the night manager who barely looked as if he worked there made us pay for our booking again. The reasonings were very fishy but we were tired so paid, we called our travel operator who informed us they had already paid the hotel. We went back and spoke to this gentleman on reception who really didn’t care and wouldn’t speak to the travel operator. It took until the end of the holiday to get our money back from the hotel in small payments here and there. The hotel is dirty, as an overall I would have brought my marigolds if I had knew. The advert suggests you get a safe in your room which we did not so carried our items around with us all holiday. The “breakfast” well don’t even bother looking. The options are bread (not toast) old pasta (we assume from the previous night) stale looking fruit & that’s about as good as it got. The swimming pools & surround areas are also filthy. The main pool is kept as a bird bath for all the seagulls in Bulgaria. This place is disgusting & I wouldn’t risk my health staying here a minute longer than needed.

We booked our holiday back in May 2022 with plenty of notice of an arrival of September 2022. When we arrived the hotel was shut down and we were not notified!! Absolutely shocking that they had 4 months of having our money and not refunding / notifying us it was closed. When we finally managed to contact someone they offered us a room in a locked hotel with no water or electricity .. SPEECHLESS. The idea they thought it was ok to keep us locked in a building with no staff, food, water or electricity. Reading the reviews sounds like we had a lucky escape.

Absolutely terrible! No one speaks English, laugh at you when trying to explain problems!! horrible cold hamburger for breakfast! Everything just sitting in the heat, Never experience anything like it! Pool area all broken tiles. Please don't come here!

Transition to mid-August. Arriving in the early evening, we passed by it 3 times before finding the hotel, the sign with the name was hidden by a tree but above all... the hotel was unlit! We thought the building was empty, and yet there were people at reception. Only one elevator in service, few customers, breakfast not great and little variety. The establishment is clean but the memory remains so-so. Please note: - Sea side rooms will have music from the nightclub on the beach until 6 a.m. (Window closed we wait for the boom boom boom) - Parking on the street and paying from 10 a.m. to midnight, you have to send an SMS to a number indicated on the sign except that this only works with a Bulgarian telephone subscription. The hotel was not able to offer me anything better, the Tourist Office provided me with a map with free parking 400m away. Equip yourself with this plan for free parking (they are often in a field or at the end of the street)
