The apartment was fine, but those who work both at the reception and restaurant should have been nicer and could speak English!

Been to same hotel before lovely only 2 weeks ago. This time round service was not good at all very poor main reason for choosing Harmony is the wonderful Spa still advertised but now wanted 60 lev not a lot about £26 per visit but of course if you go 3 or 4 times as we do over the week an extra expense for people to bear in mind as over £100.
