I arrived at this hotel to be greeted by the manager despite the late hour. I was offered the choice of two rooms! I selected the larger of the two. The room had en suit shower room, telephone, balcony, flat TV, fridge and it's own WiFi router. The room and public areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with the WiFi which was addressed very quickly. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past and it very much gave me the feeling of coming home. The hotel no longer has it's own restaurant so now offers accommodation only. There is no pool or animation team offering entertainment but if what you require is a clean, well run and friendly place to stay that could not be more central in Sunny Beach this is the place for you,!

Hotel central mais du bruit toute la nuit. Des cris à 05h00 et j'en passe. Seule note positive l'amabilité et gentillesse du personnel

I booked the hotel for over 10 days but I left the place 5 days earlier because was impossible to sleep the housekeeping is very noisy early morning also the guest is very noisy at night and the management did not resolve the issue only option the give you is to leave the hotel and get money back. this is unacceptable poor management and I will never come back. Also, the biggest misleading advertising regarding this hotel is the stars. The hotel is only 2 stars, not 3 stars as described on the booking website! I don't recommend this hotel if you want to get rest during the night and early morning! Also the lights in the corridors did not working. Very dirty view from the balcony!
