Don't recommend. Very bad services and rude staff. I have booked the all inclusive option. Very disappointed! Not so many options for breakfat, lunch and dinner. Very bad communication with tje staff. 1 day without elevator. No parking places.

Итак с чего бы начать? Минусы: 1. Бассейн грязный - за все 7 дней отдыха я только 2 раза видел как его посыпали хлоркой, плюс последние несколько дней фильтра не работали, коллектор был переполнен и вода была зелёного цвета от грязи 2. Отель разделён на 2 части (Fiesta и Marlin) - соответственно кухня, номера, бассейн и шезлонги так же разные! Что не мешало постояльцам соседнего крыла со всем своим выводком детей занимать нашу сторону - хотя нас выгонял персонал их части отеля когда мы решили занять шезлонги их части отеля 3. Уборка в номерах чисто номинальная! За неделю пребывания нам 1 раз поменяли полотенца, и 2 раза выкинули мусор. Мыло дали в день заселения и его соответственно не хватило до конца отдыха. Такое же дело и с туалетной бумагой((( 4. Мы заказывали номер на 3 взрослые персоны, а друзья заказали обычный на двоих - и какого же было удивление когда номера были одинаковые а кровати для 3 человека были в обоих номерах, но это была обычная раскладушка или кресло, на котором взрослому человеку спать очень неудобно. Плюсы: - за что и 3 * 1. Приятный и вежливый персонал (особенно официанты) 2. Кухня и бар на 3* но своё они качественно отрабатывают! 3. WiFi бесплатный в номерах и лобби.

To whom it may concern In my opinion the best facilities are 1. All Inclusive 2. On the beach location 3. Wonderful sea view for certain rooms The unpleasant things 4. Very good price for the top of the summer season The worst 1. Almost no car parking area 2. No labels for the offered foods 3. Some of the pool sunbeds are old and broken 4. The two bars from outside and inside the Hotel close at 10 PM 5. The breakfast closes at 9.30 AM and not at 10 PM as the other 99% hotels do 6. No bar or other similar facilities on the beach 7. No private Hotel beach 8. Expensive cost for rent umbrella and sunbeds on the beach 9. There are some Hotel exterior sides that need renovation 10. No animation team 11. No music on the pool area 12. Unchanged bed sheets and towels in 6 days 13. Some persons from the Staff are rude (... parking guys) 14. Almost the same food every day 15. room cleanliness leaves much to be desired Conclusion - The Hotel it is not worth at all the classification of 4 stars only at most 3 stars - It should be avoided because for only a small price difference you can find the same better

I dont even know where to begin. Worst experience from all inclusive hotel we have ever had. Staff is rude and unprofessional except in the registration at lobby. Room was dirty, in the shower you can use only one hand because you have to hold the yet with another or all bathroom will be under water. They dont change towels when you but them on the floor even if they are very dirty. Our towels were changed once only in 7 day period. Food is almost the same everyday and there is never enough for it. From day three we did not used hotel restaurant anymore and ate outside. One day we just wanted to drink some juice and both dispensers were out of order. To sum it all up. We dont recommend it. There are alot better hotels around with same price.
