I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. I can't believe ******* even recognizes this as a safe place to stay. The hotel is unfinished, elevators and hallway lights didn't work, rooms did not have any electrical outlets, air conditioning was broken and bathroom had cockaroaches. There were also no towels, shower curtains, soap, sheets, or drinking cups in the rooms. It felt like I was staying in a construction site. There were only 2 staff members for the entire hotel. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night and arrived late and left first thing in the morning. I won't even talk about the disgusting breakfast, it was a health hazard. It's a shame because the location of this hotel is great.

Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used.

The location was the best A1 quality. Just a few steps and you were on the promenade and the beach. The staff didn't speak any English, there was always something out of food and the toilet was dirty. The toilet pair was almost always out of stock, so it was worth buying your own from the store just in case. The hotel was built with good quality materials. The hotel would make a great destination and someone would invest in it. It was easy to get around and stay at the hotel because there wasn't much to customers. But we still had a great time thanks to the great location

Have stayed at this hotel many times before and been satisfied, but this will be the last time. The hotel and service have completely fallen into disrepair. It is worn and dirty and not up to standard in any way. In the room, there was only one socket that could be used. The cleanliness was not present. We stayed 8 nights at the hotel and the room was not cleaned once. The bed was not changed or new towels and toilet paper delivered. We had to take out the rubbish ourselves. Went to reception to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. There was little sleep, the cleaners walked in the corridors shouting at each other constantly and for hours from early in the morning, which weighed us down daily. One wonders what they did there, because they didn't clean the rooms anyway.

Отель не соответствует заявленным 4 звёздам!! Грязный до ужаса. Все или сломанно, или течёт .. Единственный плюс отеля - первая линия. Отдыхали с ребёнком, анимации и развлечений для детей нет. Несчастная детская площадка стоит под палящим солнцем. Бассейн грязный, плиты через одну сломаны, шезлонги тоже!! Питание - съедобно. Но однообразно, за неделю уже смотреть не могли на еду их.. и опять же , качество питания не соответствует 4х звездочному отелю, как ни крути. Разочарована я осталась.

Avoid at all cost. Worse hotel that I have stayed in. Dirty dirty dirty. Cut feet from broken tiles in pool. Broken sun loungers. Food awful wouldn’t eat if I was hungry that’s how bad it was. Cattle market is the best way to describe it. If you are thinking about this hotel for your holiday think again.

Perfect location, right on the beach and promenade. Good mattresses and ok size of the room. The water ran all over the bathroom floor when showering. A lot of noise in the hotel, and it appears as a party hotel for young people.
The pool area was not cleaned, so cups overflowed with splashes of all-inclusive drinks. The sunbeds were old and broken.
Could be one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach, both in terms of size and location, but is poorly maintained and too much mess and noise.
