Personally the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the night entertainment as much as previous holidays. The staff did activities in the day for children/adults kids club was amazing with kids. Good selection of food and drinks. Pancake place round the corner from hotel on corner, had one most nights 😃 would recommend

Hotel design for family experience. Great slides for kids that can swim and really nicely designed pirate ship with multiple slides for the little ones . Very friendly staff ! Good food variation . Tidy rooms . Would definitely recommend for families!

I really enjoyed this hotel. Its my first time to Sunnt Beach. The hotel has everything you could ask for, 5 different pools, ping ping for kids, even playstation, thats an option, not for everyone but for others maybe., daily activities throughout the day which my 10 year old joined in them all. The entertainment team were fantastic. Never had a problem with the staff, always helpful and friendly. The food was nice, always something for everyone. If you can't find something to eat the you're extremely picky. The food was never hot hot, but was warm. Not everything is labelled with the food, so sometimes a bit of a guessing game. Close to the shops and beach. The room itself was a very good size, cleaned everyday, the maids were so friendly, and really helpful. I will 100% be coming here again

Hotel was very nice. Food was hit and miss. Relaxation Pool bar was nice until music stopped due to malfunction. When reported to management we were told that to late in season to repair so play our own. So we had to purchase own Bluetooth speakers and play own music for all to enjoy. Some staff were grumpy and lifeguard fell asleep while on duty. Will be back next year.

After 2 days I came down with sickness and diarrhea, the food was usually tepid at best but often stone cold, I understand food can't be kept piping hot without it becoming overcooked, but for it to be stone cold suggests to me that the hot plates do not live up to their name. On more than one occasion I saw kitchen staff bring out hot food and put it straight on top of the old food which had gone cold. There is one 700w microwave which is not adequate for a hotel of this size, they would need at least 3 rated at 1000w. I also had my doubts about the area where they kept cold meats and cheeses etc, it did not feel cold enough to me, especially as the trays were lifted off the cold plate. It is really a shame, because if they could get the food right most other things at the hotel would have been more than acceptable (public toilet near the restaurant was my only other concern, not being cleaned well enough). I have to mention the hard working and talented animation team, they were great, working 12 hour days 6 days a week. one off my pet hates is hotels who charge for the use of the room safe, I refuse to pay for something which should be free, it is in the room anyway so does not cost the hotel anything for you to use it. The pool area is good, kept clean and in good repair but there is a lot of ants. Evening entertainment is ok, some done by the animation team, some bought in shows, despite claims to the contrary there is no Karaoke.

We were at this hotel 6th - 11th Sept having been relocated here from our hotel in Tsarevo which was shut down and flooded by Storm Daniel. We hadn't actually booked Sunny Beach. This hotel made us so welcome when we arrived after the issues we'd had due to the storm and we were really happy with the hotel and staff. The hotel is reasonably large but as it was towards end of season it wasn't at full capacity so we didn't feel as if it was over crowded. Food and drink were good - local drinks part of the AI package - though you could pay for Branded Spirits if you so chose. The food selection at all meals was really good, always something available to eat ( Soups and Pizzas were to die for). The food is so good you don't need to 'eat out'. Pool wise we tended to prefer the Relaxation Pool area which is quieter than the one with water slides. It would be better, however, if ignorant guests ( yes British ones) wouldn't decide to use their own mobile speakers to play their own music so that whole pool area has to listen to it though - hardly 'relaxing'. I'd like to see hotel management prohibit this practice along with the other prohibitions in place that make the pool the 'Relaxation Pool'. The hotel is situated close to Flower Street and the busier parts of Sunny Beach but it was still relatively quiet at night after 10pm so didn't impact on sleep. There are oodles of bars, shops and restaurants close by. Over all this is a nice hotel with good facilities and entertainment and one I would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

We first came here in 2017 and after the hell of the pandemic we decided to return once the world had got back to “normal” we were really happy with the excellent service and the hotel upgrades, and overall value for money. The food here is excellent as you get a varied range and there should be something for everyone, it may not always be piping hot but you can’t guarantee piping hot buffet food when you are catering to hundreds of guests over a service periods lasting several hours. I can honestly say that we have not found one negative experience during our second visit, other than some guests not respecting the environment. There is no wonder this hotel has won so many awards. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work.

Hotel When we first arrived at the hotel, it was a bit chaotic because some of the kids were still on holiday. If you don't like being surrounded by kids, this hotel will not be for you. It's definitely a family hotel. We don't mind kids, but the hotel was definitely calmer the second week when the kids went back to school compared to the first week. The staff also seemed to be nicer the second week, probably because they were less stressed. The rooms are big and spacious, but they are a bit dated. We found the beds to be uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. The cleaner supplied us with plenty of clean towels, but they were a bit on the small side. Our shower kept leaking and the maintenance guy did put some sealant around the base of the shower but it started to leak again so we just put a towel down to stop the water going all over the floor. The hotel areas and the rooms are maintained well and are kept clean by the staff. The noise from the main pool started at 8 am (6 am uk time) on some mornings. So if you have a room with a main pool view, you will not get a lie in because of the music being played too loud.  You can hear the music in the room with the door closed and the air conditioning on full blast. I like music but not this loud in the morning. The noise can also be annoying if you want to sit and chill on the balcony in the afternoon. The rooms with a main pool view also have a horrible view of the derelict building opposite the hotel. You have your normal pool ****** reserving sun loungers early in the morning. They were even reserving sun loungers at the end of our holiday when the hotel was not at full capacity, which I found bizarre? There were some lovely staff at the hotel and a few that were not very pleasant. This is true when dealing with people back home, though. Sam, the Tui rep is a lovely lad. I recommend having a chat with him if you want to find out about things in the area or if you have any issues that need sorting out. There is a quiet pool if you don't like the noise from the main pool, however the sun loungers are not very comfortable. They need some cushions like the loungers in the main pool. The animation team seemed to do a good job, but I didn't have much interaction with them because I preferred being at the quiet pool. They did have entertainment on the night time, we went twice but it wasn't our thing. The entertainment was hilarious one night but for the wrong reasons. I would say the entertainment is more for young families. Food and Drink Food was of a good standard and variety. The salads and cakes were amazing. However, the food was not labelled, so you were not sure what things were. This could be dangerous if you have an allergy. I didn't see any vegan options available, so individuals with these dietary requirements might struggle to find something to eat. The vegetarian options are sometimes with the meat options. It would be better to have one area for the meat dishes and another

The hotel itself was a good hotel. The reception staff where helpful at times but seemed stressed at busier periods so came across as stressy and moody but understandable. The food was the same pretty much everyday, but this is because there was a in my opinion a good variety especially with the desserts. They had 2 pools which I don’t think a lot of people knew about or they did but just didn’t go to it because it was a ‘quite area’ but in my opinion again was better than the other one, just because the other pool was a hell of a lot busier and over crowded. Again it is just because it is where all the entertainment was going on and stuff. The entertainment team was good with the kids and also got the adults involved where they could. The down side is that it wasn’t really much of an entertainment at night but I suppose good enough for kids. Unfortunately we had to fly home early nothing to do with the hotel or staff something happened while we was there. This is the part where I would give 5 stars for because they have a medical centre right on the hotel. They medical team could not of been more helpful than they where, they was fast to react, to reassure us and quick with the treatment. Everything went so smooth just because of how they treated us, the hotel person she wasn’t a manager and I cannot remember her name she dealt with complaints and accidents I think. She was also amazing and could not have more empathy for us always checking up on us until we flew home and was trying in every way to help us the best she could. The TUI rep was also great with us we always book our holidays through TUI and the reps are one of the main reasons. They are always around and help in the best ways they possibly can. The rep could not get us on and earlier flight due to them being fully booked. He sorted us an alternative flight with jet2, he contacted a manager there for us to make sure we could get on the earlier flight going home. He got the manager to meet us at the airport so assist us further. To be honest even the jet2 staff was extra helpful to us and even give us que jumps and treated us like royalty. Overall the hotel itself is a good hotel to stay in, the rooms need a bit of an update but other than that the staff are great and the hotel is clean and friendly. The only issue we had is that when every refers to sunny beach as a ‘sunny Blackpool’ is it and probs even worse. The streets are compact with people mithering you and trying to rip you off to buy fake or broken stuff. It is rough when you go out to the nightlife it is always kicking off somewhere or a fight. People are trying to sell overpriced items or tickets for night clubs everywhere. I don’t think it is safe for anyone late at night like late late tho especially women and girls. Do not trust anyone!! It is a shame because again the hotel is a good hotel just in the wrong place.
