Lovley hotel in a. Nice area but not for English people as a solo traveller I was the only English person the other guests where rude and no one spoke to me all week except two bar men … would not recommend this hotel for English as the foreign guests obviously don’t like English people as I was told by the bar man

Ездили в 2023.06.16 Сам отель хороший, еда вкустная как дома персонал дружный, особено небольшого роста парень всегда улыбается и шутит :) Минус , что по русски нельзя было договорится ... К морю минут 15, идя к морю много магазинчиков где очень дёшего...

Отель уютный, персонал дружелюбный, кормили вкусно, почти как дома)) к морю минут 15 свободным шагом, но это плюс, потому что позволяет не набрать лишних кг после олл инклюзив))) эсли вы не привередливы к разным мелочам (как пластиковые стаканы для коктейлей или чтоб вам улыбались 24/7) и вам важнее море - Отель вас очень порадует. Соотношение цены и качества вполне приемлемо.

Hotel is very nice for the decor , food is always hit and miss and is cold majority of the time , staff do not speak much English and talk to you in Bulgarian like you’d understand I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all very disappointed with the stay at this hotel pool isn’t heated either

Нашь пятый визит в Болгарию.Отель тянет на слабую 3. Персонал не профессиональный, порой грубый. Бармены вообще не компетентны, позор. Только персонал в рецепшен был дружелюбным. Еда однообразная, холодная, менеджер был информирован, что еда холодная, особенно завтраки. Одна кофе машина на весь отель, и то еле работает, постоянно подогревается вода. Каждое утро стоишь и ждешь в очереди за кофе. В бассейне не купались, в основном проводили время на море. Море 10 мин.Теретория отеля маленькая. Номера чистые, но в душе сильный запах из стоков. За теретории отеля вобще отдельная история, смотрите не сломайте ноги! Штыри торчат, грязь.... вобщем отель не о чем, наша цель была провести время на море, время провели супер, но с отелем поспешили. Он не стоит этих денег. В следующий раз более чательно буду изучать отзывы или просто снимать студию или апартаменты без еды, так как покушать в ресторанчиках относительно не дорого, что порой мы и делали даже с all inclusive.

The food is horrible, the staff that cleans the rooms is speaking and yelling on the hallway all the time that you can’t sleep at noon. The rooms seems messy and the door have a gap of 2 fingers to the hallway and you ll never have silence. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Horrible food. The employes are vreun rude. The room i stayed in wasnt clean for 7 days. I have to go to the market to nu-i toilet paper because the cleaning ladies didint came to my room for 7 days. I dont recomand to aynone this hotel. 1 star hotel

This hotel has lovely décor and that's where the positives end. The food is inedible and always covered in flies and the staff are all very unfriendly and some are even rude. There's nothing here for children to do. Bulgaria is lovely and we will definitely return but would never return to Avenue Deluxe. The location is pretty rubbish too.

Service is awful. The cleaners come into the building of the hotel in the morning and shout something in their language so loud that there is no chance to continue sleeping. Cleaning of the rooms is terrible: I was living there during 3 weeks, nobody has ever washed the shower, toilet, mirror during this time; for 3 days they didn’t put toilet paper to my room; when washing the floor they left their hair and puddles of water. Personnel is very unfriendly and we’re always ignoring the requests. For example, I was asking them to give me a kettle during 2 days. Everything around the hotel is neglected.
