Not the same hotel , they exchange it . We ware in Tia Maria hotel which is old and stinky bathroom . Very old carpet . But beds are big and comfy and we were looking for hotel in Sunny beach ! This one is almost in Nessebar … very far from the center . The see side is good and calm but expensive .

We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!

New, clean, air-conditioned residence.
The address indicated on the site and the confirmation is not a valid address which means that no taxi could take me there and even the police could not tell me how to get there. By dint of going back and forth in sunny beach trying to get the reception of the residence always occupied, after 3 hours an employee of the residence came to pick me up to take me there.
The next morning, I was unable to use my car, blocked in the small parking lot by a car crossing it. By asking reception I was able to leave the residence without incident at the end of my stay because they had ensured that no car blocked me on the morning of my departure.
But you have to persevere with the telephone calls before getting a correspondent.

AC wasn’t very cool and freezer didn’t freeze only 3 hangers between 2 of us
Missing cutlery no cooking utensils
Not great communication with host either
