Izola Paradise Hotel - All Inclusive

Заехали 22.08 в номере сломан замок , выйти из номера не можем и номер не меняют. Очень не рекомендую. Администрация говорит ждите. Кто рплатит испорченный отпуск? Расстояния до пляжа около 800 м., так как прямой дороги нет. Вода в душе не уходит, от этого стоит в номере " приятный" запах. И не надейтесь, что кто-то сообщит о решении вашей проблеме. Кухня отличная - это все.

Была там с мамой. нам очень понравилось! еда ОЧЕЕЕНННЬЬ вкусная! выбор невелик,но поверьте,вам не надоест. обслуживание - шикарное. все улыбаются) в отеле все были иностранцы,и это очень даже хорошо. все воспитанные,простые такие🥰были мы с 10-го по 17-ое июня,думали,что море будет холодное. но нет,было тёплое море! очень приятное для купания. бассейны тоже были тёплые, приятные. до моря добираться минут 10-15,но не смотря на это время,вы будете идти через центр города,нам очень нравилось. рядом парк аттракционов,аквапарк. в общем,город тусовочный,мне такое нравится) можно через пляж дойти пешком до старого города «Несебр» . что скажу про минусы,это то,что только один раз можно зайти поесть.

Als je ziek wil worden dit hotel nemen. Eten koud. Onvriendelijk personeel. Slechter dan dit kan niet. Bedjes bij zwembad kun je niet op liggen Schimmel overal. Begijp niet dat reisbureaus dit hotel aanbieden

We are currently in hotel Izola Paradise. Must say I was surprised to read the reviews. Read about dry bread that is thrown on your plate, food that is cold... First of all, the food is buffet style 3x a day, so you grab most of it yourself, including the bread. Meat, vegetables, potatoes, fries, etc. Will be neatly scooped up for you by friendly staff. Is also continuously refilled and is certainly not cold. As for the rooms: keep in mind that you are in a former Eastern Bloc country where a lot is also built in that style. And no, Izola Paradise is not a super luxury hotel, but just neat. Every day your bed is made and you get new towels. As for cleaning: the standards are different here than in the Netherlands, but it is certainly not dirty and easy to do. Staff do not all speak good English, but work hard, from 06:30 am to 11:00 pm for 3 months, but are in a good mood and do their best.

From day one asked for another hotel with possible additional payment. food is cold as previously reported several times. Never had such a bad hotel. You don't have to ask anything at the reception because you have a 90% chance that you will not get an answer to the question you asked. Now you think what could be wrong with a breakfast? Nothing right? You get to eat stale bread and the people who put some on the plates throw it on as if you were an animal. Unfortunately, there was no other hotel available for us except one. We had to pay 900 euros extra for this. Then eat out every day. The people of corndon push them at the back of the hotel is my opinion where you look at a rubbish tip. Left card in the room by mistake. Reported this to the reception. Again blunt answer. had to pay 10 euros to enter with another card. I don't even know where to start because there is so much to say... If you can still modify your reservation, do so! I don't mind saying that at a low price you can't have everything but this hotel doesn't even deserve a two star rating and even less to be offered by a major tour operator... We arrived with our tour operator around 11 a.m. at the hotel, we arrive at reception and are told that check in is at 2 p.m. so far nothing extraordinary but for the first time in my life in more than 20 years of traveling all in on tells me that we cannot have access to the all in before 2 p.m., we cannot eat or drink anything. Personally I am pregnant and the people with us had a baby a few months old. Answer to know if we can't even have a little something to drink "There is an A** in front of the hotel and a mini market you can buy drinks and food there"... in the meantime I can't do it nothing if my tour operator makes me take a flight that arrives that early. The hotel is really really dirty, the shared hotel toilets should be avoided unless you like splashing in piss and I'll spare you the smell... The room is full carpet which must be over 40 years old, it's coming off, there are stains, pieces of "It's better not to know what". The entertainment is non-existent. Some days there aren't even any. The staff is extremely unfriendly, sometimes we ask a question, they look at us then turn their head and don't even answer. It's a shame to leave an establishment like that open under the name of a 4 star. The food is the same every other day but everything is immediately empty and the restocking time is very long. A snack bar is supposed to be open from 3 to 5 p.m., it is never open before 4:15 p.m. in quantities that are too limited for the number of customers and still closes at 5 p.m. The cleaning ladies come around 9:30 a.m./10 a.m. if you decide to get up a little later, no one comes by. The swimming pool is dirty and the surrounding area is also full of stagnant water. I could still write at length but apart from telling you not to try the experience there is nothing else to say... In short, spend 200 euros more to avoid this!

Actuellement sur place, chambre pas très propre, eau du jaccuzi infecte il y a même une pomme mangée qui flotte dans l eau, les toilettes du hall son degeulasse et le mot est faible!! Personne ne sait répondre aux questions qu on leur pose, pas d activités sauf l aquagym le matin qui est juste une petite danse dans l eau.... Repas casiment chaque fois froid même a l ouverture du restaurant ! Le personnel pas souriant du tout, limite ont les saoule lorsqu on leur pose une question. Les chauffeurs de taxi n en parlons même pas! Et en plus ce sont des arnaqueurs !!! Ne vaut pas les 4**** du tout! Heureusement le soleil est là et la piscine est +- correcte bien qu elle n' est pas aspirée ni rien donc des dépôts commencent à se faire dans le fond, aucun maître nageur tout le monde fait un peu ce qui lui plaît. Bref je suis venue une fois je ne viendrais pas une deuxième fois c est honteux !!!
