Loved this hotel, small but very clean and staff very helpful and friendly, going back July this year, would definitely recommend, had a lovely outlook on the pool from first floor, breakfast was good most days, but ate out for evening meal.

Super hotell med vänlig personal. Vi hade bara ett par timmar att spendera på hotellet. Vi skulle med en transfer buss på kvällen. Vi blev till och med erbjudna att äta frukost på kvällen ❤️❤️

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing we weren't keen on was the breakfast, wasn't to our taste but not an issue as lots of places to eat nearby. Will definitely be back here in the future.

Very clean hotel ...local near the shops pubs...stans pub one for the road next door you have to visit ...reception ladies very helpful and pleasant ..a nice clean room we was in .but need to bring your own kettle or you can hire one

A very clean and comfortable hotel or the apartment block,staff are very friendly and helpful It is situated 5 minutes walk to the beach and also the shops,it's in a quiet location while still being close to everything

We have just returned having spent 3 weeks in the Karlovo hotel. This was the perfect hotel for us room was a good size, overlooked the pool as we requested prior to arriving. Rooms were cleaned every day, bedding and towels were replaced every 2 to 3 days. There was a good selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel has quiet periods from 14:00 - 16:00 and after 23:00. Plenty of sun loungers for the size of the hotel and there is a bar at the pool. Location was perfect short walk to beach and Flower Street. Perfect hotel for us so much so we are already looking to book it for next year.

Small hotel...lovely staff...brekkie was ok but enough too start the day...rooms were small but very clean...cleaned daily in fact...iron and board on every floor...no kettle but can rent one for your room...10 mins away from beach shops..bars and restaurants...lovely pool and bar area...would stay again

Worst hotel I have stayed in ,staff rude and unfriendly, room had mosquitoes due to air conditioning not working, fridge broke, pool after 4 days could not use.Complained everyday just got (we will sort it out),fixed fridge, rest of holiday spoilt. Complained to jet2holidays ,they said basically it was our word against the hotel.Advise everyone to keep away from this hotel.
