На сегодняшний день отдыхаю здесь. Всё, что писала в прошлом году подтверждаю повторно. Молодцы! Действительно команда, которая старается сделать наш отдых ещё лучше и комфортнее. И отдельное спасибо барменам Марии и Герману за индивидуальный подход и креативность.

Just come back from this hotel not the best at all food was cold every night more or less same food served every night our room wasn't clean in 2 weeks while we was there cleaner just emptied bins fresh towels bed sheets changed every 3 days thats it bathroom never got touch at all we was the only English family there no one spoke to us very rude even some of the staff very rude towards us never again would we go to sunny beach not the same anymore I would rate this hotel a 2 star

Good afternoon. Can someone tell the difference between Astoria and Orel? I don't understand. They are together with everything? What about the sun beds from the beach, for who is the first line, the brown ones? It's a bit confusing. We made a reservation for MPM Orel in august. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Overall, I had a poor experience staying in the MPM Hotel Orel.
During check in we were held for two hours at the lobby because they "couldn't find" our reservation. We travelled all day on a bus to reach Sunny Beach and were very tired.
After they "found" our reservation we were placed in a room with a single bed. We had booked a room with two beds and after we pointed this out, they moved us to another room with a single bed. The receptionist told us that there is a foldable bed, which fell apart when I tried to set it up. We asked them to replace it, but the hotel refused.
Another example of MPM's customer service is when the hotel refused to give me more shower gel. The little bottle that comes with the room ran out and they would not give me another one.
To top everything off, as I was checking out the folks at the reception told me that all of this is *******'s fault and I should never book with ******* again.

A szálloda nagyon tiszta, a kedves, segítőkész személyzet a lehető leggyorsabban reagált a kéréseinkre.
A választható étel/ital több mint bőséges, a parton is szolgáltak italokkal.
Az animátorok nagyon jó hangulatot biztosítottak.

I love the rooms and the food, however my favourite thing here was the animation team. There is a program for kids and adults also. Very good night programs and amazing kids disco for the kids. Thank you for the good time👏👏

Все очень понравилось. Особено персонал выше всех похвал особено девочки на рецепшене. Месторасположение пляж сразу через променад лежаки бесплатно питание хорошее в номере есть и пляжные полотенца и всякие шампуни розовая вода Есть холодильник и телик с русскими каналами кондиционер Перед гостиницей променад вдоль моря всякие магазины и бары нпару километров Вправую сторону старый город Несебер очень там красиво лучше на городском автобусе 2 лева В городе больше говорят на русском Находится в самом центре

Отзыв пишу впервые, и то потому что большая часть отзывов про этот отель просто возмущает своим враньём. На сегодняшний день отдыхаю с супругом в этом отеле и не устаю удивляться всем и вся. Начну с заселения. Очень приветлево и дружелюбно встретили,как старых друзей. Учли все пожелания по номеру, а так как мы приехали с детьми - молодожёнами,устроили для них комплемент от отеля. Приятно и трогательно, спасибо вам за это . Горничные свое дело знают и все меняется и моется .Еда разнообразная и очень вкусная, и что для меня главное без насыщенной болгарской приправы. Большое разнообразие и мяса и овощей и салатиков и сыров( для меня это рай-5-7 видов сыра),и фруктов, и сладостей и мороженое целый день в любом количестве. Огромное спасибо шеф- повару. Девочки официантки умнички: убирают всё быстро и всегда приветливы . Писали, что лежаков не хватает, так я вам скажу, что и половина лежаков не занята. Хватает даже более чем. А вообще все зависит от того с каким настроем приезжаешь. Я отдыхаю здесь и получаю удовольствие, и свои три звёзды за такие деньги отель 💯 процентов заслуживает, это точно и у нас есть с чем сравнивать. Спасибо огромное администрации, что собрала прекрасную команду для нашего полноценного отдыха. Процветания и здоровья всем вам. Однозначно мы приедем ещё не раз.

A perfect hotel to go to with your family őr friends. I don't have anything bad to Say about Astoria. Good people , polite staff, fun games áll day with the animation which charge you with positive energy áll day! Much love for Pepy and Káli and Paula!!!!!!!
