Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean. The chef, bartender and waiter guy are GREAT!!! The reception staff is also always friendly. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. There are rooms with sea views.

The hotel was fabulous....the entrance hall was outstanding, the pool area classy and the terrace dining area wouldn't have looked out of place in Covent Garden (London). The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean (as per the rest of the hotel) and the food was delicious and fresh! The hotel was managed exceptionally by the hotel manager who was very hands on, helping her staff whenever required and treating them respectfully also. She had some great customer service-oriented staff who really stood out....the lovely receptionist who was always there and had a permanent smile, very welcoming. The entertainment guy Kiril was fantastic with all the guests and the children and such a lovely young gentleman and Marianne who worked at the pool bar provided excellent service and always with a smile. I couldn't fault anything and I will definitely return....even solo, as I felt totally safe there! It is also less than 2 miles (regular bus service from outside the hotel) to Nesibar which is like York abroad....quaint, cobbled streets and beautiful views and plenty of history (old ruins etc), it was a delightful place to visit and the seafood was delicious. Looking forward to returning to the hotel and Nesibar!

Очень классный отель,ездим туда не первой год,за одно лето даже 2 раза! каждый день меняют полотенца,каждые 2 дня меняют постельное бельё,в номере всегда чисто! еда разнообразная,и очень вкусная! советую!

Отдыхала в данном отеле с дочерьми и друзьями. Очень маленький отель. Очень бюджетная четверка.Я бы сказала даже гостиница. Номера нормальные большие. Чистое белое бельё и полотенца. Всё в рабочем состоянии.Питание скажу так ,голодным не останешься. ДОСТАТОЧНО ФРУКТОВ. Не плохой кофе. Алкоголь лично мне не понравился. Только пиво. Из напитков кола, спрайт, вода. Очень плохо ,что в номер воду не ставят. И бутилированную не дают.Приходится ходить покупать.Не удобно. Уборка номеров средняя. До пляжа минут десять идти.До центра курорта пешком минут 15-20.Отдыхающие в основном местные. Анимация почти отсутствует. Бассейн ,если его так можно назвать один. Ну очень маленький. Даже не возникло желания попробовать. Ну это мелочи ,мы ехали к морю. В целом отдыхом остались довольны. Можно рассмотреть, как бюджетный вариант.

The hotel is new, very nice and very close to the sea. The food is very delicious, plentiful and healthy. There are lots of fruits and they serve different kinds of seafood very often. The towels are changed often, and the sheets as well. There is nice fitness. The staff is great and very friendly. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and I will definitely visit it again.
