The staff at the front desk is rude and extremely unhelpful. The facility is old and has no redeeming qualities, especially when the attitude from the staff representing the hotel is awful.

We had a very nice stay Nice breakfast, walking distance to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. Nice restaurant in walking distance

Charge for safe was $25.
We were there for 3 nights and had nobody cleaned our rooms. Our 2 garbage cans were overflowing, used towels piled up on the floor. When we needed new towels we had to ask front desk for them.
Pool was cold and no towels available.
We felt safe in the area and the lady who checked us in was friendly .
