Check in: 05 Dec 2021 Check out: 11 Dec 2021 Room: 602 (upgraded ALL Platinum Status) Check in 10/10 Pros: Very Efficient and welcoming Cons: none Room 602 Cleanliness: 9/10 Bed : 7/10 (theres small spot on linen and bed cover) Bathroom Cleanliness: 9/10 Hot water : 10/10 Water pressure: 10/10 (strongest pressure among accor hotels i have visited) Laundry 10/10 Laundry staff very polite and attentive to our needs Valet Parking Very polite and fast response Streat Resto (breakfast) Cleanliness: 6/10 (dirty table, chairs and some floors) Food Variety: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Best Food TERONG BALADO: 10/10 (MUST TRY!!) Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Staycation with my family for 5 nights. Cozy rooms with very good view and free minibars. Semi indoor swimming pool so we can swim anytime without worry about hot sunshine. Sauna room next to swimming pool makes more pleasant experiences. Good breakfast with many variations. There are some branded restaurants, coffee shops and minimarkets near from hotel and only 10 minutes go to center of city. Health protocol applied in this hotel but the crews shouldn't hesitate to remind the quest who doesn't follow the protocol well for example: not use plastic glove and face mask is lowered in restaurant. So... I recommend this hotel very much especially for staycation with family.

This hotel is close to Petra where I taught so I found it very convenient. Many stores closeby making our lives very easy. The room is spacious and the water works fine. I found the staff very friendly and very helpful. But the room design is very silly. There is only one electric socket and that is under the table. Apparently it is put there to be close to refrigerator, instead of for the guest convenience. They provide water boiler but no electric socket to put it in. The other socket is way far there in the corner of the room. The breakfast is so so. You get bread, porridge, rice, noodle, tea, coffee. Just enough to fill your tummy. I found this hotel to have ”Good resource, Poor skill”. Everything is good but somehow some things sabotage the guest's experience. The impression is that this hotel is managed in mediocre way. What a shame
