The room was small (we booked eco room) but it’s okay. The maintenance and upkeep was somewhat low (the hotel opened at 2019, so only 4 years just opened). The towels were a bit yellowish (not the thick white towel that we expected), and had musty smell. The staff service was quite good. The hotel lobby is a plus, it’s quite spacious.

have to park and check in at the highest level of the parking building since the hotel is located on the top of the mall. We got 2 rooms and it was filled with so many small cockroaches, we chose to stay just because the hotel staffs are very helfpul and patient, helping us change our and cleaning it twice since we still found some baby cockroaches... we were too busy cleaning up the room and killing whatever left behind and forgot to take photos.. 😶😶

The first room I stayed in was a superior room. After I moved in, I called and said that I was given the wrong room. I had no choice but to change to the mini room No. 244. There is no window in it. There are cups for brushing teeth, slippers, chairs, a kettle, and I called for a cup for brushing teeth. I was told no, well, let’s go to sleep, sleep until 11 o’clock in the evening, was woken up by the music in the corridor, called, turned it off, the time came to 11:30 in the evening, and it turned out that the room 248 opposite came A group of people chatted loudly with the door open, laughed, smoked, and couldn’t sleep. They called the front desk and told the front desk to contact the security guards to stop them. The hotel security guards still couldn’t stop them until 1:00 in the morning. I had no choice but to change the room and was told It costs an extra 150.000 Indonesian rupiah to change the room, but I have no choice but to pay the money, and I have been tossing until 2:00 in the morning before falling asleep!

With that price we are very satisfied and it is also close to the mall so the family is happy not having to be far from the hotel...

I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next morning as well so I think the quality of AC is the same for all room. 3. When other guests are passing by in the hallway, it was very noisy. 4. There is a local market under this hotel and when you are waiting for a car at outside, it was very stinky. 5. There were some bugs in bathroom. Again, the all staff at reception and breakfast was wonderful but the quality of hotel wasn't great to me.
