One of the best hotel in midtown & tunjungan area. I get a room facing Tunjungan Plaza. The service was fast & responsive. Highlight was the breakfast, one of the best in surabaya.

Breakfast excellent, staff very kind and polite, shuttle bus available to Tunjungan Plaza which helps cos streets are really busy there and hard to cross the road if you want to walk to Tunjungan Plaza. In the shower, the knob is difficult to turn when hands are slippery so design can be improved. The door to the toilet and the shower also open towards each other so not ideal. Otherwise, at current price, it is value for money.

I've been to a few 4 and 5 star hotels. But this is the one i'm most impressed with so far! The hospitality of the staff, the quality of the room, and the breakfast food selections are amazing! Definitiely considering this hotel again the next time i'm back in Surabaya!

Reached at 1230pm and room was ready for early check in! Service provided by all staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location was also on tungungan street with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Breakfast selection was great including local cuisines and the usual international spread, would rebook doubletree again if I revisit surabaya!

Very shocking room, the room that I stayed was a used room. There is Under wear under the blanket. When I complaint and ask the manager to come to see Under wear. Not professional Manager, only saying sorry without any professional solution. Dont ever stay at Double tree Surabaya. Very bad service. I will be back to Marriott surabaya.

It's a great hotel with a shuttle service to Tunjungan Shopping. The staff are great and very attentive. The ONLY disappointment is the welcome signature Double Tree Cookies is not to the standard (compared to other Double Tree Hilton) The next incident is the Kettle while boiling gets fused and tripped the whole room. Though they replaced a new kettle, both the power sockets are no longer functioning. Informed the staff to repair when we are out, but when we returned the sockets remained non-useable.

"The location was superb, with a variety of food cafes just a stone's throw away. However, the shower was a bit of a letdown as it didn't deliver warm water despite my attempts to adjust it. The view from my room was also not as captivating as I had hoped. On a brighter note, the personal touch was delightful – a warm greeting from Zaiful Ali and a charming elephant-shaped towel display added a unique touch to my experience."

Great ambiences, quite and comfy, will be back again in future
