"The room and facilities were good. However, it's a shame the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Upon entering the lobby, there was no one to assist except for a single X-ray security officer. Guests had to carry their own luggage and bags onto the X-ray machine. During check-in, only one staff member was available. Furthermore, the restaurant staff at breakfast were neither welcoming nor particularly friendly."

"We found the location excellent. The pick up and drop off for travellers a very good service. Our room was comfortable and clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu has a wide range of options. We used Swiss Belinn each time we passed through Surabaya and that would indicate that we found it excellent value."

"The Hotel have not been up grade since took over from HYATT. The table lamp is not working, chairs are dirty and upholstery are stained. TV is small and limited programs. Corridor carpet is dirty and the lamp shape is chipped. We love the Breakfast - wide selection , great food and serve in outdoor garden setting. "

"There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further."

"It was a BAD experience. The taxi driver, whom the hotel called, turned off the taximeter while driving. The cost is around IDR 200,000. He charged us IDR 300,000, which is the same as the hotel car. From the amount, I believe this driver well knows the hotel service, intended to stop the taximeter and charged the same amount as the hotel car. A complaining email was written to the hotel. It was disappointing that no reply from the hotel side at all."

"Everything about the hotel is exemplary except the toiletries ! Fragrance is not acceptable and I dreaded shower. Hotel has a 360 degree and you can see whole of Surabaya! Spectacular. A big mall, catering to big brands and international Tuntungan plaza is around 20 mins walk. Another big mall, local BG Junction is around 10 mins away. Location is good ! Including eateries nearby. Breakfast was the best I've experienced; amazing spread including local flavors. Absolutely tantalizing."

"Clean, spacious, and very comfortable room. For the price of 613k, it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, check-in was a hassle. The older receptionist said that the booking details had to match the ID of the person checking in. It took a really long time, it was frustrating, and I ended up getting annoyed. However, other staff members were friendly and helped me with my bags to the room, even though I had a lot."

"This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over)."
