The rooms were ok. A small monitor in the room. And real ok service for the price we paid. Definitely would have got a better deal somewhere else. Higly not recommended.

Very near to railway station, easy to get there. Very neat and property. Staff is very good. I stayed there for only one night, overall it was very good

The stay was terrible. There is no room-service. The hotel runs on comission from the rickshaw walas. We booked two deluxe room was a night's stay. No room is similar to the pictures. The rooms are in fact in terrible conditions. The white pillows and the white towels are turned grey. There's a pungent smell all over the rooms and the bathrooms. The lifts to the hotel are old and slow, almost felt like a container lifting up. We asked for plates which took almost two hours and multiple calls, by then we had already consumed our meals. We asked for water bottles but never received them. Do not stay at this hotel. There are better places nearby. This hotel exists but all the details including

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. One of the standout features of hotel galaxy was the excellent wi-fi connectivity, which was crucial for our gaming activities.
