Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre ★★★★★
"The hotel is overpriced for the quality provided; it feels more like a 3.5-star than a 5-star establishment. The restaurant dishes are quite expensive, and the shower water in the bathroom has an unpleasant smell. Additionally, traffic noise from outside is clearly audible in the room. The bedding is also inconsistent—the pillows are too hard, while the mattress is overly soft, making for an uncomfortable combination."
Hotel Avalon ★★★
"They demanded 600 rs for a mere 2 hour early check in and even drinking water bottle cost 30 rs each"

"Hotel was untidy, they were serving breakfast in open space. On tables where food was kept was dirty and tables where guest were having breakfast was also very dirty. Ramee International Surat
"My stay at Ramee International Surat was truly pleasant. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were courteous and attentive, and everything was well managed. I would especially like to mention Alsifa for her warm hospitality, helpful nature, and attentive service. Her efforts made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciate the efforts of the entire team to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. I would happily choose Ramee International Surat again for my future stays in Surat."
Courtyard by Marriott Surat
"1. Location: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with no business or village around, only a prison. It is a lonely existence. 2. Front desk service: Very indifferent. Due to system problems, I asked for help to buy train tickets, but was told directly with a blank expression: I can't buy them. The service staff of courtyard navi Mumbai in Mumbai is also MARROIT brand and is warm and thoughtful. Huge difference. I strongly do not recommend staying in this hotel. I strongly do not recommend, I strongly do not recommend."
