GGuest UserI had a great stay at the 7 orbit hotel. It is a clean and well-maintained hotel. Service was efficient. All our requests were attended to. Breakfast menu was also quite nice. The staff were cordial and very well-mannered. They made sure hotel guests were attended to and they had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the railway station and at a walking distance from the main street with lots of restaurants.

GGuest UserWe arrived late, and found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Although it was cleaned immediately, my heart was still uncomfortable. The hotel room was quite big, the floor was ordinary cement floor, and the slippers were used repeatedly. The kind of very cheap slippers, not one-off; the hotel service is generally OK, specially riding a motorcycle to send me a courier, I gave a 100 rupee tip. In addition, listening to customers said that the hotel is not open for a long time.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

大大同1990The surrounding environment is general, after all, Surat is a small city in India. Hotel hygiene is good, but there are no big windows. So it is damp and damp. Also, the hotel air conditioner is very cold, and it will feel frozen in shorts. The house is damp, the air conditioner has to be kept open, otherwise it is very humid.

GGuest UserThere were a couple of issues, 1) in nonsmoking hotel, some people were smoking in their room so the lobby was stinking 2) jet shower was not working properly 3) cobweb and mosquitoes were in the room
