Park Inn by Radisson Surat

Thankyou for the amazing hotel service. Every small request was taken care of. As I was there for bodybuilding competition so everything I asked for eg-coffee sachets, zero sugar, salt literally everything was taken of by the staff, place for workout is also awesome. The gym has atleast the minimum required things to train all the muscle groups. Only thing they refused me was the posing practice due to heels. But which i did in Corridor, where they didn’t stop me from doing it. So appreciate everything. Sarina served me very well for my dinner and my breakfast I had at hotel. She took care of every small detail. Also very heart warming and patient with explaining the dishes that I didn’t know. A special Thankyou to Sarina. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Parkinson for making my stay a memorable one. Also this athlete here won the Miss. Surat Title 2024. So here’s wishing me to everyone who stays in Room No 309 a life full of luck love and blessings and miracles🌻❤️

It was beautiful experience in hotel Park inn.The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The food was delicious and they are maintaining it beautifully. Front desk people, Mr. Mohit, miss.lucky, miss. Muskaan, miss. Malem, and entire team is amazing with warm welcome and beautiful smile on their face even after long duty hours. Security and other staff are also so helpful and kind. I’ll be back after 2 months!

Great hotel for the city . Clean and safe area. Would recommend. Bit pricey in food

The Team is pretty rigid when it comes to norms.. front desk is supposed to be smiling and welcoming, but my experience with Ms. rachna was otherwise! always frowning!! Ms Anjali was ok at the frontdesk but pretty confused. Mr. Mohit was the only face saver perhaps the hotel has!! However the team at the FO that serves drinks and all and the guards at the gate are more welcoming than the front desk team! The Hotel is a complete Vegetarian property & pretty evident in the lavish buffet spread at breakfast and dinner. However, may be the team needs more traininbg in terms of making the guests more comfortable with food and overall experience. We visited during the Navratris, with Onion Garlic restriction our options were limited, and not much was offered by the kitchen in support of that. Perhaps u can have a seperate counter for Navratri food. The housekeeping team is also good but not very accurate with their work, the beds are not comfortable, woke up to neckache every morning! Guys, please do a self evaluation and please improve!

One of the better hotels in Surat but standards could be higher. Shower wall was leaking and after showering the room smelt musty. Towels could be fresher smelling. Cleaning in bathroom needs improving, especially corners of shower floor and bathroom floor. There was a curtain blind in the shower for privacy, this would be better placed outside the shower on the other side of the glass wall, which would keep it cleaner. The staff were brilliant, especially Lucky.

The food service team was excellent they were soo welcoming that u just feel like ur having food on ur own dining table with mouth watering food directly served on the table I would specially like to thanks miss celcy for the tremendous job she is doing with a great smile on her face every time I enter the restaurant it's her that makes my day good all the staff specially give good vibes

I really enjoyed my dinner function here, specially food and the staff service .Special thanks to abhilash, Sourav who took care of all our needs .The dinner buffet is really luxurious and delicious too, the service is quick and really welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.
