Great place to stay if you don’t want any hassle

Manager Ashok was the best. We had a few issues with transport and he helped us with it quickly and efficiently. He also gave us good suggestions on where to go and get certain things we were looking for. F&B staff, security were all friendly and great too. Location very central to the textile markets.

Good location, nice hotel, the good quality is over standard Just one thing, when get into room, a used towel put on the bed, I assumed this used towel shall used hy previous guest but house keeping forget took away.

Had a wonderful stay at de glance very convenient location near railway station, nice staff and food quality is excellent. Price is also reasonable for the facilities provided by the hotel management

Welcome with a water bottle that was kind by hotel staff. Offering choletes on counter was nice. Rooms are small but clean. If you are travel-ling alone for day or two it's ok. Please carry shampoo and soap when you reach here as soap is too small and there was no shampoo. Breakfast was average but the place was clean. Small water bottle in a room again is a cost cutting method. At least the hotel needs to keep 2 half liter water bottles in the room.

The surrounding environment is general, after all, Surat is a small city in India. Hotel hygiene is good, but there are no big windows. So it is damp and damp. Also, the hotel air conditioner is very cold, and it will feel frozen in shorts. The house is damp, the air conditioner has to be kept open, otherwise it is very humid.

We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

Excellent rooms, very neat and clean with all the amenities, though a little small for 2 people. But manageable for short stays. The staff behaviour and service is also great.
