Location was okay, food was good, the room was small and amenities were decent. Hotel staff needs to be trained, especially ranjan, he is not rude, but sounds highly assertive. It feels sketchy to ask anything from him and he tends to shut you off in the middle. So it was not comfortable.

Big, clean rooms courteous staff from desk to room service. great food. Hotel entrance is not up to the mark, of such standard.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Only downer is that there was a little noise that was coming from the upper floor into our room as it was the restaurant above us. The staff members have a very good behaviour. Long story short, it was great.

Upon arrival, we discovered bed bugs in our room! Shockingly, staff attempted to address this issue by sweeping the bugs off the bed with a brush! The provided bed linens were filthy, and to top it all off, our room's fridge malfunctioned, causing our food to spoil. We attempted to address these issues, but it resulted in a disruption lasting until 2 am. They offered another room as an upgrade, which did little to alleviate the situation. The manager, Waseem, was dismissive and unhelpful. He refused a refund, despite the severity of the problems. His excuse? We supposedly appeared "happy" the next morning (according to his staff), a claim we vehemently refute. Wasim Ahmed (manager) raised his voice during our interaction, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of offering a refund, his "courtesy" entailed a single free dinner. This insulting offer did not address the constant stress and inconvenience caused by their negligence. Somnath Majumdar also was not helpful at all and did not attempt to solve the issue. Our two rooms, meant to accommodate three guests each, were consistently left with only two towels. This was simply unacceptable, especially with a busy schedule. The only positive note worth mentioning was the staff at breakfast - Vaishali, Mihir and Rani. Ramee International fell woefully short of basic cleanliness standards and provided an abysmal level of customer service. We urge everyone to avoid this establishment. Save yourself the stress and find a hotel that prioritises guest comfort and well-being.

I liked Hotel and all its amenities. Best part is location is in centre of the cuty so you can reach anywhere with 3-5 KMs. Staff was polite and cooperative Food at thier restaurant " Its Mirchi" was so delicious and healthy. Overall experience good and will surely visit this hotel in my next visit

Just returned from a fabulous stay at The ramee international surat Unbelievable facilities, cleanliness standards unrivalled and the most welcoming, helpful and diligent staff. At check inn we were attended by Mr. Ranjan his team Mr Gaurav, Swati , Pawan, Arjun who was very kind to explain every detail about the property. He gave us a detailed tour of the property to make our stay more comfortable. The ramee hotel facilities were endless and there are so many places to eat / things to do in the resort. The hotel staff were all fantastic and we were given outstanding service at all times. Absolutely nothing negative to say about a great 5 star experience - with lots of fun, enjoyment and energy. Will unquestionably return.
