Amazing experience for the stay. Rahul Nishad did very well House Keeping. Cost is high but worth for stay and property is superb. Rooms are spacious and with all basic amenities you need is available. Classic Room also gives you premium feeling which is spacious and well designed.

Good rooms good staff and good food.its 7km from Surat railway station. Each room has good toiletries. Good ac and spacious bedroom. They also has travel desk to book car .there restaurant breakfast is mind blowing and good spread. Hotel is very new but still service is good.

Luxurious new 5 star Hotel, located right next to Surat's famous textile market area. It's a bit outside main Surat, but that is where the textile market is Opulence and grandness are the theme when you enter the Hotel lobby. Wide spread of breakfast with superb table service. Delicious food

Staff very helpful, friendly. quite area, near to city Rooms are spacious, bed, pillows comfortable, clean.having extended seating area for tea, dine-in, with TV, relaxing sofa bed and additional washroom. Breakfast served vegetarian has good variety and taste.

The staff is courteous.ur staff monika is very helpful and interactive . Well trained staff . The food quality is also good . You can also work on increasing the food menu options. Other wise good experience staying here . Neat and clean hotel .Best wishes .

This hotel goes above and beyond their service and makes you feel right at home! I would like to mention special names, Ameerchand, Madhumita, monika, Sima chef gautam and Vishaal Bell*** front house. These special people I have mentioned are so genuine, and the service they provide to all the guests goes beyond your expectations, providing you with royal treatment! The respect they give and the communication between us and guests is very honourable and respectful. This hotel will go a very long way due to the special staff they have and without these people the hotel would be nothing! Please give them a raise/promotion/bonus as they make the hotel ambience very special! Cleaning is top notch at this hotel and they take hygiene very seriously definitely more than a 5* hotel!

Best place to visit, really nice food. Pls add non veg into menu. Really nice ambience. Divangi and Anju has taken special care. ***agers are really nice. The flute show morning and evening is really soothing. Look forward to visit again. It was a great visit.

The cleanliness, warmth with which they welcomed us made our stay even more fantastic. Definitely would love to visit again. Breakfast was awesome. Washrooms and beddings were the cleanest ever I had seen and experienced. Loved the experience.
