These are service apartments and not a hotel. The house keeping and cleanliness is not up to the mark, but still the ***agement try's to keep the place tidy and I strongly suggest them to work on the cleanliness part and this was the only issue I found there. During my stay I told the house keeping staff to clean the rooms and bathroom properly and they did ensure it was done in a neat and tidy ***ner. Otherwise the property is great and it's in the outskirts of Surat and very close to the airport. They also have huge parking space and restaurant does provide decent and good food.
