All the rooms in hotel casa riva do not have any fans. Only ac's are there which are also not having effective cooling resulting into suffocation in the room. I booked the rooms for 3 days but checked out from the hotel on 2nd day itself, this is the biggest reason i checked out early.

Good. To stay nice good hotel with clean room, nice ambience and tasty food but prices are bit higher. Near to ahmedabad airport. I have tried spa service and it was excellent. I would actually rate this a 4. 67 out of five.

The image of building is residencial building. Hotel has only few bedrooms and that too dirty with no hot water to bath in winter. Never go to this hotel

Location wise, it's 12_14 km from city, near to hazira highway, so location is poor, hotel is overrated for the price, rooms are cramped, basic toiletries like coffee sachet not available, room acoustics is horrible, one can hear toilet and other sounds of neighbouring and upper rooms, there was no hot water in the mornings and that too in cold weather, the hotel looks to be a converted apar**ent, not worth staying for the high price. If you do not have your own transport, avoid this hotel. Very limited complimentary breakfast options. Like dosa, cutlet, poha etc. Highly disappointed. Not worth the amount

That hotel staff communication was not good, and serving in their complimentary breakfast was too worse and when comparing with the pictures of this hotel and when am be there direct appearance was not at all convincing, and overall it was too worse experience i had with this hotel casa riva and the hotel will crew were not cleaning good and their hotel is been not weel maintained Because of there was a lot of issues in the room like walls and seeling spoils and tv also having something issue if i could say them that they will say will resolve but they couldn't do anything and it's been too irritating me for that if i couldn't pay payment i couldn't check in this hotel.

Casa riva is situated in the apar**ent building. One wing of the apar**ent is a hotel. Location wise and approaching the road is great. ***y food joints are available within a 5-6km radius. Only drawback is hot water was not available in the evening when we checked in and it wasted our 1-2 hours, this was when we checked in after our bike ride from pune to surat. It was a little frustrating but they provided hot water in the bucket.

Paint in falling from roof due to seepage, basic clearing not done, washroom are also not maintained as no basic amenities are there, cleaning is not proper.
