Rooms are not updated. Require renovation. At this price you will get better property nearby. Location is good. Bathroom is big compared to other property. Overall average property

People were rude in tirupati. I would never recommend the hotel. The management there seemed unwelcoming for premium guests as us. Me and my wife belong to media industry yet they have no respect for guest. I would never ever prefer tirupati anymore.

The staff was very cordial. Hotel premises was very neat and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect surrounded by numerous eateries. Also the hotel is well connected to prominent locations of surat. Overall, we had a safe and comfortable stay. Yes we also had an issue that is noise coming from outside is quite disturbing. Because one side of the hotel is railway station and other side is bus stand. I think thats all.

Dirty bathroom no hot water even. No wify. Torn blankets with holes. Had to change room thrice. And finally the room i got was much smaller than the actual booking. Feel cheated. Absolute waste of money. Not worth staying. Though the staff is courteous. I was not given the room i paid for. The room i got after changing 2 rooms was inferior. Pl give me a solution
