Room is compaq, mattress was not in good condition, spring mattress was there which was old and not proper, couldn't get proper sleep

Some rooms in the hotel are good and some are average. The food quality is good. The hotel property is at a good location. The service is not bad.

Worst experience since last 3 times. Rooms required to renovate. Tiles broken in bath room, water leakage from ac, power sensor fail - every 15 minutes power switch on and off issue, cup board drawer found in broken condition. Waste time, not response quickly.

Stay had no such problem but very bad experience during checkout. I booked my room for 2 days but the hotel tried to provide me bill of only 1 day which i rejected and the receptionist ensured that he will inform their manager to call me and resolve the issue in the morning but no one contacted me or tried to provide the correct invoice. At the same time found a mismatch in the food bill and this is not the first incident happened with ginger chain of hotels. I would not suggest anyone to stay in ginger anymore.
