Very tired apar**ent, no heater in sitting area, no Netflix, so sitting watching tv of an evening was not an option for us. Very noisy of an evening from people below. Pool is cold. 2nd bathroom was really just big enough for a laundry. Found the staff lovely and location was great. Very overpriced for what it was.

Beautiful apar**ent close to the Cavill Avenue and right opposite surfers paradise beach. Fantastic view on the beach side. The room is very spacious with a kitchen, loungeroom balcony washing machine and dryer. Amenities are beautiful and a pool is here too.

This motel is in a fantastic location close to Cavill Avenue and right opposite the beach. The unit is self contained and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The reception girls are awesome and so helpful. I highly recommend this motel to anyone.

This is a horrible hotel…. The receptionist had attitude and wouldn’t even look at us to check us in, to the go to our apar**ent and find no air con…. We leave the sliding door open to get some sort of air to find no fly wire on sliding door! We stayed one nite and got out of there checked in to a different hotel. Not only that had a male staff member banging on our door at 8.30 at nite telling us we are swearing on our balcony which we hadn’t been all because he was embarrassed he got caught nearly falling in the pool and we laughed. Worst experience ever. To us he wanted a man to answer the door and was answered by a female to his aggressive state soon toning down. Don’t even rate this place a 1star!

Hi, We stayed at your lovely hotel this weekend and Barbie that was working was wonderful. Not only was she so nice but nothing was ever to much trouble for her and she really made our 2 nights relaxed and carefree. Barbie is definitely a keeper as her service is impeccable and excellent. Thank you

Great 2 bed unit. All facilities including undercover secure parking. Across the road from beach and markets. With easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good price. Would definitely stay in this property again

After a false start which was a unsatisfactory room, we were able to change due to a very good lady at reception we were able to change which was effectively was fabulous. Room had everything needed including Satellite (foxtel) TV IQ box (Perfect) Our 5 nights there was slap bang in the middle of everything and common areas very clean. Parking in the property was perfect as we could walk to everything central. Would certainly stay there again but you want to be above say 5th floor. Staff were fabulous.

Fantastic the only place to stay on the coast location unbelievable… restaurants 20mtrs away patrolled surf beach directly across road, apar**ents great value clean, under cover parking, pool bbq area and spa and the staff so nice Barbie in particular will make you feel like your family.. we have stayed multiple times as a couple and now with family will be back soon October in fact

Totally recommend, wonderful staff, room was awesome and clean, view was spectacular, pool and spa were great spaces to relax in, definitely will be booking again! Walking distance to Cavil Ave, beach access right across the road, and markets on weekend!
