Outside pool good and clean,for kids exselent

Extremely disappointing. Walked into first apartment on floor 14 and it stank of grease. Room was dirty, rubbish wrappers under the beds, headboards graffitied, carpet frayed. Very dated. Requested a swap at reception, they seemed unsurprised like this was a regular occurrence. We met another family in the lift on the way down who had just arrived and were doing the same thing, disgusted at their room. Next room was a little better but still nothing like the advertised photos. No attractive decor at all and no character. Scuffed walls and dated. Mattresses heavily stained and the protector on king bed only single side so couldn't even cover the awful stains. No breakfast service or bar operating in the lobby anymore, just a vast open space with strange wooden characters dotted around. Perhaps in its hey-day it was bustling, now just vacant & depressing. Pool cafe only took cash and limited options, no healthy choices. Kids pool and inside pool were ok but main pool absolutely ice cold and unusable, needs some heating. Shade sail over playground heavily stained with mould. Towels, both room + pool, weren't changed for the duration of our 7 night stay and room not serviced, have never heard of this for an 8 day stay. Lifts often out of order and waited a long time for them. One had cracked mirror so was covered with smelly dark green cloths all around, they couldn't even close it off as another lift wasn't working. Paid for ocean view but could hardly see the ocean. I'm so surprised Accor has put their name to this place.

Terrible do yourself a favour stay somewhere else !! Rooms are filthy staff are not helpful could care less about your stay Our shower was filthy had mould everywhere hairs all through the shower Dirty nappy was found on verandah prior to our check in Just bad!

The 3 bedroom apartment suited us well and had great views and location awesome for surfers paradise energy, the fantastic looking pool was very cold but the indoor pool and sauna were great. No food options attached to hotel a cash only pool side kiosk and separate Thai restaurant nearby.. the wifi was either non existent or very slow which was frustrating for all. Staff were fabulous

Stayed at the Mantra Crown Towers for 3 nights in April. The staff at the desk were friendly and the Thai restaurant was incredible, but that was it. The lobby looked like the inside of an abandoned cruise ship, with no life or personality at all. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, and the second we reached the floor an overwhelming stench of vomit and rubbish hit us. Our room looked nothing like the advertised photos, the floors had not been vacuumed from the previous occupants, the locks to the balcony doors were broken, which was a major concern with 3 young children. There were food scraps left all over the balcony floor. 4 towels between 2 bathrooms for the 6 guests that were stated on the booking. Large kitchen knives left in the second draw that were easily accessible for children and the dishes were dirty. The pools were big and the kids pool area was fun for the little ones (be careful as the slide is very fast) but the small kiosk was closed during its supposed opening hours with the signs inside saying it was open from 7am. The beds were comfy enough and the view was beautiful looking right over the beach. A 7 Eleven was across the road and Cavill Ave was only a few minute walk away for your shopping and entertainment. If you drive a car, there is onsite underground parking but the mantra spaces for guests were extremely limited. I wish this place lived up to the price that we paid and the photos that are shown as it has so much potential to be great which it once would have been.

The apartment needed some updating for the shower as the grout was dirty and mouldy. The base of the shower was the same as wet the door seal Vacuuming was needed under coffee tables and dining table and chairs No information was available for activities at reception for the area they had run out

We booked a two-bedroom ocean view apartment and were very disappointed with the first unit we were given. The carpet was all ripped in the living room the furniture was very old and broken and the toilet in the ensuite had a broken lid. I asked the reception for a better room, and they were accommodating however the room was only marginally better. The second bedroom only had a ceiling fan, and you couldn't open the windows, so it was literally an oven!!! My son ended up sleeping in the lounge room for the 5-night stay. Again, the front desk team were apologetic, but these apartments should not be made available to book without giving the customer prior warning. before you book make sure you get a room on the lower level and that it is renovated.

We had a great stay with our 3 young children in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Great location to the beach and tram line 50 metres away. It was very difficult to use the bbq area or for the children to play in the playground as this is not fenced off from the pools.
