Extremely disappointing. Walked into first apartment on floor 14 and it stank of grease. Room was dirty, rubbish wrappers under the beds, headboards graffitied, carpet frayed. Very dated. Requested a swap at reception, they seemed unsurprised like this was a regular occurrence. We met another family in the lift on the way down who had just arrived and were doing the same thing, disgusted at their room. Next room was a little better but still nothing like the advertised photos. No attractive decor at all and no character. Scuffed walls and dated. Mattresses heavily stained and the protector on king bed only single side so couldn't even cover the awful stains. No breakfast service or bar operating in the lobby anymore, just a vast open space with strange wooden characters dotted around. Perhaps in its hey-day it was bustling, now just vacant & depressing. Pool cafe only took cash and limited options, no healthy choices. Kids pool and inside pool were ok but main pool absolutely ice cold and unusable, needs some heating. Shade sail over playground heavily stained with mould. Towels, both room + pool, weren't changed for the duration of our 7 night stay and room not serviced, have never heard of this for an 8 day stay. Lifts often out of order and waited a long time for them. One had cracked mirror so was covered with smelly dark green cloths all around, they couldn't even close it off as another lift wasn't working. Paid for ocean view but could hardly see the ocean. I'm so surprised Accor has put their name to this place.
