Great service and helpful with advice to go and eat,how to get there from bus, trams or automobiles. The accommodation were clean and comfortable and the inside pool and gym were great. The outside pool was set up like a beach resort with its own deck chairs

Great customer service, close to the beach and Cavill Avenue. Beautiful lagoon area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our favourite Gold Coast Restaurant had a 2nd restaurant in the hotel which was great. We had breakfast at the kiosk in the lagoon area. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and roomy the apartment was. Will definitely be back.

We have been coming to this hotel for 18 years, it has never failed us. Always clean and tidy and the amenities are fantastic.

The apartment was putrid. The floors hadn't been mopped recently. Not sure of the quality of any vaccuuming that was done either. There was dirt, popcorn & shells under the couches. The bathrooms were grimy. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which gave us enough room but with 5 adults & 2 kids over 5 nights we had to ask for more toilet paper etc & was only given a very minimal amount hence multiple requests. The crux of this is that the room was old, dated & dirty. Stay away from room 1402! There were 2 saving graces....the pillows were good and the great little kiosk/cafe down near the entrance to the indoor pool. Lovely service & good food/coffee at a reasonable price.

Wonderful front desk service, very easy checkin. Beautiful apartment with ocean views. Modern kitchen and dining area. Cleanliness was satisfactory, bathrooms were not a 4 star. Updating definitely needed as shower tiles had some ingrained mould. Had an issue with one of the beds. Service personnel fixed the issue, ensuring I had a wonderful restful sleep. We will definitely be back again.

Huge apartment, great beds, full sized kitchen and laundry. Beautiful pool areas and kiosk with yummy food and good coffee! Great Thai restaurant downstairs. On the edge of Surfers, light rail stop outside hotel.

Extremely disappointing. Walked into first apartment on floor 14 and it stank of grease. Room was dirty, rubbish wrappers under the beds, headboards graffitied, carpet frayed. Very dated. Requested a swap at reception, they seemed unsurprised like this was a regular occurrence. We met another family in the lift on the way down who had just arrived and were doing the same thing, disgusted at their room. Next room was a little better but still nothing like the advertised photos. No attractive decor at all and no character. Scuffed walls and dated. Mattresses heavily stained and the protector on king bed only single side so couldn't even cover the awful stains. No breakfast service or bar operating in the lobby anymore, just a vast open space with strange wooden characters dotted around. Perhaps in its hey-day it was bustling, now just vacant & depressing. Pool cafe only took cash and limited options, no healthy choices. Kids pool and inside pool were ok but main pool absolutely ice cold and unusable, needs some heating. Shade sail over playground heavily stained with mould. Towels, both room + pool, weren't changed for the duration of our 7 night stay and room not serviced, have never heard of this for an 8 day stay. Lifts often out of order and waited a long time for them. One had cracked mirror so was covered with smelly dark green cloths all around, they couldn't even close it off as another lift wasn't working. Paid for ocean view but could hardly see the ocean. I'm so surprised Accor has put their name to this place.
