Great stay! Perfect for kids and adults alike with the choice of both the pool and ocean. Just wish I had booked the sea view. I couldn’t fault the service especially when addressing an issue with our parking.

Loved it. The apar**ent was beachfront, loved listening to the surf. Great facilities, lovely apar**ent. Would stay again.

"Hey everyone, just wanted to share my recent experience about this property. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best stay. The staff was really rude and the room had a super strong smell. And guess what? They didn't even provide any towels! But that's not all, the photos on their website were totally different from what the room actually looked like. I did let the hotel management know about all these problems, they didn’t seem like too concerned. hopefully, they'll make some changes. Fingers crossed for better experiences in the future!

A very good location, a fantastic ocean view from every room that we booked for. A wonderful communication with the staff members and definitely we will be back to the complex sooner, because we love this beautiful location.

Great location! Apar**ent was awesome! Views were amazing! Pool and spa area is really nice! So close to the beach and was so nice being able to walk to both Surfers and Broadbeach. Managers of the apar**ents were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

We arrived at Breakers North in Surfers Paradise not knowing exactly what to expect. We were fortunate to book a two bedroom unit and were assigned Unit 12B. The building has 15 floors so we were up high and over looked the beach. The views were amazing!!! Floor to ceiling retractable doors on both exterior walls of the living room allowed an almost 180 degree view of nothing but surf, sand and blue ocean as far as you can see. The unit consisted of two bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom included its own ensuite and the second bath included washer and dryer. The rooms were furnished with beds and night stands and included closets. The kitchen and dining/living area is spacious and included table and chairs, couch and chair and the basic kitchen tools and appliances. This particular unit hasn’t been renovated since, probably, when it was built so you’re basically paying for the spectacular view!!! The property is well maintained and includes a nice pool, grass tennis court, covered gas BBQ area and boardwalk/beach access. The main shopping area is a 20 minute walk north but there is a small grocery store and liquor/wine store 5 mins away. Resident parking is free in the basement and secured by an automatic gate.
