It wasn't a perfect sea view because they gave me the last room, but it was good. It was a shame that I only stayed for one day due to my schedule. I'll come back again next time when I have time.

The location of the property is in good area, you can easily walk to the shopping centres & beach. The apartment wasn’t in a clean condition. We weren’t happy with the stay.

Imperial by name and by nature
We love staying here as the amenities are great and the views are amazing. Its so close to everything and the staff at reception are very friendly.

Few days away
Great location great views. Walking distance from everything. But bit of a scare when u see supports everywhere in basement and you are staying on 24th floor. But stay was great. Air conditioning in bedroom would be sensational. But overall. Value for money paid 👍👍👍👍

8月に5日間滞在しました。
午前中に到着したのですが、部屋が空いていたのですぐにチェックインして部屋に入れたのは助かりました。
部屋からは海が見え眺望は最高ですね。北側隣に新しくMERITON Suiteが建ってしまったので、今回北側の部屋だったためそちら側の展望が遮られてしまいましたが、でもその分安く泊まれるのでOKです。
正面入口やプールが工事中だったので、入口が迂回する状況だったのは仕方ないかなと。
入口の鍵の締まりが悪かったので防犯がちょっと不安でしたが、これは部屋によると思います。他の部屋を見ると鍵が順次修理されてる様なので、次回に期待します。
サイプレスAveのトラムの駅はMERITONの横を抜けていくとすぐに着くのでとても便利でした。
もちろん歩いてカヴィルAveにも行けるのとColesが近いので買い物も便利でした。
価格の安さと便利さ、部屋の広さアクセスの良さを考えると十分快適でした。
また次回泊まる候補にしたいと思います。
