The view from the room is wonderful. It's nice to get to the room and relax after being at the beach

Beautiful views along the long beaches from every room in our spacious apartment on the 15th floor. A friendly welcome and efficient check-in. Rooms are comfortable but attention to minor maintenance and cleaning issues will improve the experience. WiFi and TV channels good. Lovely pool area, with hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms. Location is great: across the street to the beach and a short walk to shops etc.

Request a quiet room for a romantic night and ended up booking another night with minimal hardships

The location is awesome, you will not regret that. Even if we did not spend that much time in the room view of the city and the beach was stunning. Friendly staff. The only problem was about the pool, my husband saw a dead cockroach in the pool floating and another one just in front of the hot tub.

Pro’s - very affordable for the good location, pool and multiple spas plus the sauna and kids room. Con’s- aircon didn’t work, only free to air tv. Outdated  decor  (expected for the price point of $195 a night in surfer’s paradise)

Everything was good with a perfect location

1 minute walk to the sea. Ocean view room was great. Room was very spacious. There are many restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good and the view from the window is beautiful. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated. During my stay, the hot water suddenly stopped working while I was taking a shower, and the air conditioning was not able to cool the room adequately. This hotel would only be suitable for budget-conscious travelers who have very low expectations for their accommodation. Unless the hotel undergoes major renovations to upgrade the facilities, I would not recommend this property to most travelers seeking a comfortable hotel experience.

The rooms were OK, the shower tap was broken, so had unscrew the hot water to use it for the cold. No air-conditioning, very noisy its right in the main street of surfers paradise, great for the young ones, we are older and found it too noisy

Super cranky receptionist. Don’t bother making special requests, mine was even stapled to my form but nada none of it was met. Overall very meh! Great location though! Awful bathrooms.

Unfortunatelyc the service was very unaccommodating as we would be told one thing by one person t was and then different by another causing it Wus stress.
