這個酒店真是不行，房間小，電視是雪花一片，還沒遙控器，空調遙控器不好用，找了服務員也沒解決問題。房間有單獨衞生間，洗澡有熱水，室內有冰箱。早飯簡單。服務員服務態度不錯。

Water leaking on my bed. Took pictures and advice ******* and hotel. Hotel said they will refund me for one night but still waiting for refund to come. Please check and advise.

The room i was checked into had dirty sheets,filthy smell and broken knobs etc.Upon complaining to change my room, reception tells me all rooms sold out but someone is coming to change sheets and freshen up the room . I agreed on that as well,wait for an hour none turned up, within that period called reception 2 times,porters turns up an hour later and tells me ,can you show me what you saying,i asked him to smell the sheets and Telephone,to my suprise he does and immediately asks receptionist that we need to shift, within that span ,they had a spare room whereas when i was complaining they had deaf ears.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever
