Staying here for two nights is a blessing. The room is refurbished for the old building, and the new low bed is not bad. Come to think of it, there is no waitress and no need to raise and lower the futon, so this is easy. There are no amenities in the room, only a toothbrush and a hair dryer. So simple. If you want to use cotton or a brush, go to the public bath. The bathroom is small and old, but well maintained and clean. The alkaline spring water is also good. However, it is circular. We had to bring towels from the room, and the towels were not very absorbent. The important dinner. Surprisingly, at this moment in time, the bar is turned down in the large hall. For the main course, we had a choice of sukiyaki kaburi shabu or something else (I forgot), and since there were two of us, we chose sukiyaki and buri shabu. This is true for both. The sashimi was also blatantly better in both quality and quantity than the day before. I couldn't finish it, probably because I had some alcohol. Also, since it was a Showa-style meal, we weren't allowed to drink slowly, and in the end, we were told that it was coronavirus and that we should go home soon... (Maybe Corona is a universal word?) However, if you think about it carefully, the accommodation fee is quite expensive. It's cheap so it's probably something like this. Less than the cost of one meal in Tokyo. When I think about it, I bow my head and reflect. In the end, it was a good stay overall. One thing that bothers me is that the lighting in the hall is quite dimmed, so if it's just a performance, it's a bit of a mistake. The toilets in the lobby and bathrooms are sensor-operated, and even though they look scary to enter, they don't turn on until a while after entering and are completely dark. scary.
