"For the price, I expected a bit more. The food and onsen were good, and the service was very good. However, the room felt off, it was warm in autumn, the air purifier looks not premium, and when I checked whether I could open the window, I noticed the upper window frame was quite dusty. There were also no additional amenities provided. For this price point, in this area and on a non-touristy date, I think it could have been better."

The refined Japanese cuisine based on locally produced ingredients was delicious. Not only the dinner but also the breakfast was delicious and I could feel the effort put into making it a visual treat. The staff's consideration was also very pleasant, and it was an inn I would like to visit again."

"The exterior is quite old, but the rooms have been renovated, and the toilet, sink, air conditioner, and bed were new, clean, and well-maintained. The hot spring bath is a bit dated, but it's very clean and well-maintained. There doesn't seem to be a meal service, but there are plenty of good restaurants near the station, so finding breakfast and dinner isn't a problem. Being close to Lake Suwa, we were able to see the fireworks, which was great. The location was very convenient. Overall, I think it was a very good place to stay."
