당일 숙박 예약인데 당일 점심에 전화와서는 방 못준다고 합니다. 3명이라 1명, 2명 방 따로 잡았는데도 방 못준다고 하고, 이유가 뭐냐고 물어보니까 말 안해주고 그냥 오더라도 방 안준다고 나보고 취소하라고 하네요. 현금 손님이라도 들어왔나 예약의 의미를 모르는 아주 매너 없는 가게입니다.
