"The bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet there’s no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if you’ll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. You’ll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green"

"The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time.
The safe did not work.
The room was dark, there wasn't enough light.
The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up.
The towels are really old.
I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got."

"The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel."

"I stayed at Homes Stay Suwon, and while it may be fine for solo travelers, it wasn’t the best fit for my stay. The room felt very small, and it was difficult to fully open a suitcase. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made it uncomfortable for staying with more than one person. That said, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Overall, it might be a better option for someone traveling alone."

For the price, it offers excellent value for money, especially in Korea. There's a self-service laundry room on B1, with both washing and drying machines costing 2,000 KRW per cycle."

"I just visited in the dead of winter, and the pillows at this hotel were way too high. I asked the front desk, and they said they didn't have any flatter ones, which led to me not sleeping well. Plus, the bed was quite hard. The air conditioning won't be turned on unless you ask, and you can't turn it on yourself. The underfloor heating distribution was also uneven; some areas were warm enough, but it wasn't sufficient for the entire room, so the perceived temperature was below a comfortable level. However, the staff's service attitude was excellent and very friendly. And getting to downtown Seoul from this hotel is incredibly inconvenient! In the middle of winter, going to Suwon Station means freezing outside for a bit while waiting for a bus, then walking a long way to transfer to the subway, and spending at least an hour on the subway. 😅 I'm here to travel, not to experience another commute! 😅 My review is based on my personal feelings, offering the most rational and factual assessment, and I hope it serves as a helpful reference."

Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we even had a view of the trains. What's more, the second floor offers direct access to both the shopping mall and the train station, which was incredibly convenient."

"The building is new, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The floor I stayed on had a water server with ice, hot water, and cold water, which was very convenient.
The shower and toilet space are combined and there's no shower curtain, so it was a bit inconvenient that the toilet would get soaked after showering, but the floor dried quickly so it wasn't too much of a problem. The slippers in the room were quite thin, so flip-flops might be a good idea.
Also, the front desk staff were all cheerful and helpful, making my stay very pleasant!"
