AAnonymous UserI was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process.
Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?
BBuyouThe room was quite spacious, and the location was incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a park right next door, perfect for a workout. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a truly great experience!
TTai_GongWe were stranded in Suwon due to torrential rain and ended up booking this hotel last minute. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we even had a view of the trains. What's more, the second floor offers direct access to both the shopping mall and the train station, which was incredibly convenient.
GGuest UserEverything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅
One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!
GGuest UserKim , Dain(김다인) who is front receptionist was very kind . She made us very comfortable during staying there. She's a excellent receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very nice man. We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.
2273212****The room is clean, the front desk is nice, the internet speed is comfortable, the computer configuration in the room is also good, there is a knife-cut noodles restaurant downstairs that has a long queue. Overall it is okay, recommended
GGuest UserFantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly.
Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job.
I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided.
AalexrouseThe facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was good. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transport and plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was excellent; they even allowed early check-in without any additional charge.
SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
