"The entrance time is too late. Usually, most of them can enter after 15-16 o'clock. ... This is after 20:00. And the smell of cigarettes in the hallway was too bad ㅜㅜ"

Great
Zzinn_1026This was my first time staying in a room with underfloor heating, and it was a lifesaver given the extreme temperature swings between day and night. The place is still new, and the price was reasonable, so overall it was excellent. The shower takes some getting used to, though.
AAnonymous UserWonderful hotel. The location is very convenient — right by the metro, making it easy to get to the university. Housekeeping was done daily upon request, and the bed linen was changed with each cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the Russian-speaking staff, which was completely unexpected in South Korea. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but with the help of a translator, we always quickly resolved our issues. Thank you very much.
KKARENThe building is new, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The floor I stayed on had a water server with ice, hot water, and cold water, which was very convenient.
The shower and toilet space are combined and there's no shower curtain, so it was a bit inconvenient that the toilet would get soaked after showering, but the floor dried quickly so it wasn't too much of a problem. The slippers in the room were quite thin, so flip-flops might be a good idea.
Also, the front desk staff were all cheerful and helpful, making my stay very pleasant!
GGuest UserThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.
GGuest UserI arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price.
Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.
LlkjidmReally a home away from home experience!
Many times no one at the front desk, I arrived at noon, hesitated to call, the boss came soon, the aunt will speak Chinese, especially kind, let me stay in advance~
There is really no hole in it! Good environment, good sound insulation, facilities are all available, microwave, refrigerator, TV...even sewing machines...
You can cook by yourself, very good experience, the location is great, it is very convenient to walk from the subway Suwon City Hall Station.
I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Suwon! If it is Chinese, you can really feel the warmth and comfort of home~
GGuest UserThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
GGuest UserWow this was really bad. It smelled of smoke and wasn't clean at all. I had to use bleach to clean the entire bathroom because of strange dried substances on the wall. The surrounding area of the hotel is horrific with vomit from drunks all over the pavement and as you walk into the hotel entrance. It's disgusting. That alone prevents you from even walking inside.
賈賈皓鈞Although it's a new hotel, the facilities are old. The air conditioning doesn't cool down. I can't find how to connect to the WiFi. The counter is almost always empty. Everything in the room is written in Korean. The self-service check-in machine is also in Korean. It's not very foreigner-friendly. The only good thing is the good location. Overall, I don't recommend it.
