When I asked the front desk about the bus to the airport, they told me two prices: 12,000 for a self-guided bus ticket and 20,000 for a hotel reservation. The next day, I took the bus and was told that they only accepted guests with reservations and not individual travelers. So I had to take a taxi.

I think parking facilities are lacking. I didn't even know there was a reservation condition for parking available when booking on Trip.com. I was very embarrassed when they said that it was full and that they only gave 20 minutes of in-person parking. When I went down to the underground parking lot, there was a parking space... but it was disappointing.
