Because I don't know that there is an elevator in the hotel parking lot, you can check in at the counter on the second floor. Caused us to take the stairs from the first floor to carry our luggage to the second floor Booking information is not clear enough I booked a room when I saw that there was a computer in the room. But I actually went to the scene to know that the room type does not include a computer. I was disappointed. It is just too far from the city center, and you have to transfer to the subway twice, which will take a long time. The service staff are very good, they can speak simple Chinese and English very well👍. Before leaving, the hotel front desk helped to call a taxi and the service attitude was very nice. It is suitable for business trips to Suwon. The room is also large, with dry and wet separation.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

The location is very convenient. There are convenience stores around the hotel and many places to eat. The hygiene is okay and very clean. The front desk staff is still very warm and hospitable. However, the attitude of the restaurant staff is so bad. They always have a sullen face and act like someone else. As if you owe him, he keeps staring at you while getting breakfast, and sometimes follows you with a sullen face. It's very awkward, and there aren't many breakfast options.

This Marriott is connected to a very small mall with many restaurants (nothing fancy). The Mall is convenient and nice to walk around in. More importantly, it borders a wetland park, which is really nice to spend time in. There is not much to do in Suwon (it seems to be a business oriented city with many business people visiting LG and Samsung.) There is also a convention center and a larger mall next door. Breakfast is ok.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. I arrived a little after 3 o'clock, checked in, took the elevator, and got off at the floor where the embankment was. Then, when I went to the room, a staff member wearing a uniform came out of the room. I wondered if they had just finished cleaning the room, so I asked if I could go in and entered. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.
