The hotel is located at a major T-junction in Mudu, an old town incorporated in Suzhou. This means that it is on a reasonably busy road. Nevertheless the excellent sound isolation makes it not much of a bother. As all Atour- hotels, personnel is trained well and is generally welcoming. Room and overall space in this hotel was a little bit tight compared to other Atour hotels I visited. Nevertheless overall I think Atour hotel are one of the best values for this quality of any hotel chain in China, as is this one. Membership, available for less than 100 yuan carries attractive options such as very cheap breakfast, late checkout (1600) and more. I had a good stay, coming in late with my bike, which they allowed to stay in the lobby for safe guarding.

We enjoyed our stay with Atour hotel at jinjihu. Though hotel may looked small as compare to the neighboring J building. As a easy landmark to taxi driver. Inside hotel decor feels like a home library aka muji style. Though I wish room could be colder during this hot summer. Breakfast variety is good too. Overall would recommend as the room is spacious, clean and housekeeping is efficient!

The room was clean and tidy, the customer service staff was enthusiastic and upgraded the room. There were both Chinese and Western breakfasts, and the dishes were exquisite. Free mineral water and drinks were also provided in the refrigerator, which was really thoughtful!

Atour is such a warm hotel. The first thing I said when I entered the door was hello and a cup of tea. It was really warm. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The best thing was that we checked out at the front desk. In our room, the lady at the front desk also prepared a birthday cake for us. This was such a surprise. Thumbs up to the lady at the front desk.

One tired evening, I received a special surprise - my birthday cake. However, this is more than just a cake, it is a symbol of the attentive service of the hotel staff, which made me feel extremely warm and caring on this special day of my birthday. After the staff at Atour learned about my birthday, they took the initiative to contact me and asked me if I wanted them to prepare a birthday cake for me. After confirming my preferences, they promised to do their best to accommodate my needs. I didn't expect that they would go to such great lengths to prepare this special surprise for me. When I returned to the room at night, I saw the birthday cake placed on the table in the room. And attached a blessing card. This small card touched me deeply because it not only represented Yaduo's blessings, but also represented their respect and care for me as a guest. And that wonderful birthday cake. Later I heard that it was a local private cake, and the hotel staff specially ordered it in advance and rode to the store to buy it. This birthday was one of my most memorable in years because the hotel staff gave it a special meaning. In addition to the birthday surprise, I was also impressed by Atour's facilities and services. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest every night. Every employee is friendly and welcoming, and no matter what request I made, they tried their best to accommodate it. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff of this hotel.
