The hotel is located in Xinhu Square, close to Metro Line 4, with convenient transportation. It is convenient to go anywhere, especially to Tongli Ancient Town. Xinhu Square has shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies and cinemas. It is so convenient. The room is very clean and the towels and bath towels are changed every day. The hotel provides free laundry service. Just throw the clothes into the washing machine and don't worry about it. The front desk lady will set the laundry program, dry and fold them, and send them to the room by a robot. This service is so considerate. Our group of six are very satisfied, especially thank Xiao Cao for his enthusiastic help from beginning to end. My brother's family settled in Suzhou, and they will stay here when they come to Suzhou to visit relatives in the future. Thank you.

The room is spacious with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep thanks to excellent soundproofing. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding area is a bustling commercial hub. Located on a high floor (16th-18th), it offers fantastic views from the window.

First trip with our little one, and this hotel was amazing value for money! Facilities: Quite new and very comfortable stay. Service: Absolutely outstanding! The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and so sweet. She even gave our baby a toy, which really helped calm them down! Breakfast was quite rich and tasted great. My only minor complaint is that I ordered wontons, but the auntie cooked me noodles instead and even insisted I had ordered incorrectly. Location is also great! Very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!!
